Research On The Relationship Between Failure Learning,Knowledge Management And Enterprise Business Model Innovation

At present,the wave of social innovation and entrepreneurship is constantly emerging,and China’s ability in innovation is constantly improving.The government attaches great importance to innovation activities and has issued a series of innovation policies for college students,the fields of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,medicine and new energy.However,behind the full swing of innovation activities,there are many events of enterprise innovation failure.The fluctuating market environment has led some enterprises to fall into failure and even face bankruptcy.However,among these failed enterprises,some enterprises have gained experience and lessons through failure learning,integrated their advantageous resources with the help of advanced technologies such as industrial internet,big data platform and 5G network,and realized the rebirth of enterprises through business model innovation.To this end,the national and local governments have also issued a number of policies to vigorously promote enterprises to carry out the integration and innovation of digital technology and business model in the context of digital empowerment.Obviously,business model innovation has become one of the strategic tools for the redevelopment of failed enterprises.How to realize business model innovation through failure learning after enterprise entrepreneurship failure has gradually become a topic of common concern in the academic and industry.In order to solve the above problems,this paper comprehensively uses organizational learning theory(OLT),knowledge management theory(KMT),cognitive behavior theory(CBT)and resource dependence theory(RDT),focuses on the research on how failure learning affects business model innovation.And gradually study“Does failure learning and knowledge management affect business model innovation ?”,“The mediating role of knowledge management between failure learning and enterprise business model innovation” and “The moderating role of environmental dynamics in knowledge management and business model innovation”.Based on the existing literature,this paper first applies the normative research method to carry out theoretical analysis,puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship between various variables,and then carries out questionnaire survey and empirical analysis.Among them,this paper divides knowledge management into three aspects: knowledge acquisition,knowledge integration and knowledge creation,and focuses on the verification of the hypothesis of the intermediary role of knowledge management and the regulatory role of environmental dynamics.We find that:(1)Failure learning has a significant positive impact on business model innovation;(2)Knowledge management play a partial intermediary role between failure learning and business model innovation;(3)Environmental dynamics does not play a moderating role in the relationship between knowledge acquisition and business model innovation,as well as knowledge creation and business model innovation;environmental dynamics not only positively regulates the relationship between knowledge integration and business model innovation,but also affects knowledge integration in The mediating effect between failure learning and business model innovation has a significant moderating effect.The significance of this study: Based on cognitive behavioral theory,it explores the influence of failure learning and knowledge management on the innovation of enterprise business model,and expands the influencing factors of business model innovation.At the same time,the knowledge management is refined,divided into knowledge acquisition,knowledge integration and knowledge creation for in-depth exploration.Finally,this study also enriches the research results of business model innovation path to a certain extent,and provides a reference for enterprise business model innovation practice.
