A Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Learning,Business Model Innovation And Entrepreneurial Performance Of Family Farms

As an important part of the new type of agricultural management,family farm is an important driving force for the modernization of agricultural production and Rural Revitalization.Under the background of agricultural transformation and upgrading in China,family farms are difficult to identify and obtain resources because of the defects of "new and small",and their survival and development are facing challenges.From the perspective of practice,on the one hand,entrepreneurship learning,as an important means to improve the integration of family farmers’ resources and knowledge creation,can help the family farm to achieve rapid growth;on the other hand,family farm entrepreneurship is the process of continuous innovation of business model,which is conducive to improving the adaptability of family farms to environmental changes and maintaining competitive advantage.Therefore,in the uncertain dynamic environment,it is helpful to deepen the understanding of family farm entrepreneurial practice to explore how farmers can innovate business model through entrepreneurial learning and improve entrepreneurial performance.Based on the organizational learning theory and innovation theory,combing the relevant literature,combined with family farm entrepreneurial practice,this paper integrates entrepreneurial learning,business model innovation,environmental dynamics and entrepreneurial performance into a framework to explore the mechanism.This paper follows the paradigm of empirical research,defines the concept of variables and divides their dimensions,and proposes research hypotheses based on relevant literature;then uses a questionnaire survey method to investigate and obtain data from 570 family farms in Hunan Province,and use statistical analysis software to analyze the questionnaire.Test and verify the research hypothesis.The conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)The research results show that entrepreneurial learning(experience learning,cognitive learning and action learning)has a significant positive impact on improving the entrepreneurial performance of family farms;(2)Business model innovation(novelty-based and efficiency-based business model innovation)has a positive impact on family farm entrepreneurship performance;(3)Entrepreneurship learning(experience learning,cognitive learning and action learning)can significantly promote family farm business model innovation(novelty and efficiency-based business model innovation);(4)Novelty-based business model innovation and efficiency-based business model innovation in entrepreneurship before learning and family farm entrepreneurial performance played a mediating role,it shows that entrepreneurial learning can have a direct impact on family farm entrepreneurial performance,and can also have an indirect impact through business model innovation;(5)In a highly dynamic environment,novelty-based business model innovation has the positive impact of family farm entrepreneurial performance is greater;(6)The indirect impact of entrepreneurial learning on family farm entrepreneurial performance through novelty-based business model innovation is positively regulated by environmental dynamics,and compared with the low dynamic environment,the mediating effect of novelty-based business model innovation in the highly dynamic environment is greater.Compared with previous studies,the innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Integrating entrepreneurial learning,business model innovation,environmental dynamics and family farm entrepreneurial performance into a framework to explore the entrepreneurial learning and business model innovation behavior of family farm,enriching the organizational learning theory and innovation theory;(2)Exploring the role of business model innovation in entrepreneurial learning and family farm entrepreneurial performance The mediating role of business performance further clarifies the mechanism of entrepreneurial learning to family farm entrepreneurial performance;(3)Environmental dynamics is introduced as a moderating variable to study the moderating effect of environmental dynamics between business model innovation and family farm entrepreneurial performance,which makes up for the mediating role of existing research on business model innovation The situational factors of the study.
