Research On Service Pricing And Service Quality Decision-making Of Elderly Care Service Supply Chain Under Different Government Subsidies

With the rapid development of society and the general emergence of family miniaturization,the contradiction between the existing elderly care service model and the needs of the elderly group is gradually increasing.In the development of elderly care industry,government policy is one of the important issues affecting its development,that is,elderly care industry can be promoted by government macro coordination.At the same time,the market operation mode,as an important role in industrial development,is also a key factor hindering the development of the elderly care industry.Therefore,considering the government subsidy and elderly care industry management mode has become an effective way to coordinate the continuous development of the elderly care service supply chain.The existing problems in the supply chain of elderly care services are found by analyzing the imbalance between supply and demand of elderly care services.From the perspective of service quality and service price,thesis studies the elderly care service supply chain by using game theory.Considering the income optimization problem of two-level supply chain,a service income game model is constructed to maximize their respective interests.The model is solved and analyzed with the help of Mathematica software and reverse solution method.It is concluded that the higher the price sensitivity coefficient of elderly care demanders,the service providers will choose to provide elderly care services with low service charges but poor service quality;When the quality sensitivity of elderly care demanders is high,elderly care demanders pay more attention to the service quality of elderly care services and can accept elderly care services with higher prices.Subsidizing elderly care service centers is superior to subsidizing medical service centers in service quality,service price and service income.The proposed decision of reward and punishment contract increases the income of medical service center and elderly care service center,and realizes the optimization and coordination of supply chain.Through the application of case analysis,the conclusion is verified and the effectiveness of reward and punishment contract is proved.The research on the supply chain of elderly care services with different government subsidies,the coordination of reward and punishment contracts and the conclusions drawn from the application analysis proposed in thesis not only enrich the theory and research methods of the supply chain of elderly care services,but also provide the government with elderly care policy decision support.31 figures,8 tables,82 references.
