| With the rapid development of the domestic and international tourism service industry,the integration and optimization research of the tourism service supply chain has become more and more important.In view of the management of the tourism service supply chain,it can propose a new management idea for the management operation of the tourism service industry.The service management model realizes the coordinated management of service flow,information flow and capital flow in the supply chain composed of service integrators and service providers.However,due to the asymmetry of upstream and downstream information in the service supply chain,the decentralized operation of service providers and service integrators makes it difficult to balance the service supply chain.Based on the characteristics of the tourism service supply chain,this paper analyzes the development status of the domestic and international tourism service supply chain,establishes the basic model of the tourism service supply chain composed of a single service provider and service integrator,joins the Stackelberg game,and shows the dispersion through calculation.Under the model,the supply chain cannot achieve revenue coordination.Based on the above model,the essay will introduce the supplier’s reward and punishment mechanism.By providing incentives and penalties for the integrators’ operations,the supply chain’s income distribution is improved,and the supply chain members are further optimized and improved.income.At the same time,considering the risk neutrality of the service provider under actual circumstances,and the risk aversion of service integrator,it is calculated that the service integrator’s risk preference has no influence on the service provider’s pricing and effort level.Under the given reward and punishment mechanism,as the service integrator’s risk aversion is increasing,its pricing will be more conservative.And service integrators tend to have smaller rewards and punishments to circumvent their own risks to maximize profits.Further,in the case of risk aversion,when the incentive and punishment mechanism is introduced,the revenue of the service provider will increase,and the revenue of the service integrator will decrease.This paper studies the supply chain reward and punishment mechanism under the risk aversion of service integrators,and carries out data simulation,in order to improve the income level of tourism service supply chain and realize the coordination of supply chain,and provide opinions and suggestions for the management model of service supply chain.Relevant enterprise decision-making provides certain reference and basis. |
