Research On Safety Management Of Large Passenger Flow In Chengdu Metro South Station

As the emerging backbone of public transport,the development speed of subway is rapid,mainly due to its fast speed,high punctuality rate,no occupation of ground space,large passenger flow and so on.Subway has gradually become the main mode of public transport in major cities in China,undertaking huge internal traffic tasks.However,in major cities,there is a problem of large subway passenger flow,especially in hub transfer stations.Large passenger flow brings huge public security risks.At the same time,it also makes passengers have poor senses,which leads to the decline of public service quality and challenges the trust of the government.The problem of large passenger flow also increases public security risks such as violent invasion,explosion or fire,stampede risk,disease infection and theft of goods.Chengdu Metro South Railway Station is a comprehensive transportation hub station that provides the transfer of three means of transportation,such as large railway,subway and conventional bus,and the safety problem of large passenger flow is particularly significant.In order to deeply analyze the reasons and put forward targeted countermeasures,this paper collects relevant data by means of on-site investigation and questionnaire to evaluate the safety management of large passenger flow in the whole station.Through field investigation,it is found that the current construction of large passenger flow safety management team in Chengdu Metro South Station is not optimistic,and there are obvious problems,such as insufficient professional safety management personnel,lack of large passenger flow safety management ability of on-site safety managers,and unsystematic emergency evacuation mechanism for large passenger flow safety events.At the same time,through the questionnaire survey data,it can be seen that subway passengers are not satisfied with the current situation of large passenger flow safety management of Chengdu Metro South Station,which is mainly reflected in the emergency response speed of large passenger flow,emergency evacuation measures and capacity of large passenger flow,and the setting of on-site guidance facilities.In this regard,this paper combs the existing problems of large passenger flow safety management in Chengdu Metro South Station from the aspects of large passenger flow safety management team construction,large passenger flow prediction and early warning system,large passenger flow safety management system and station information system,and analyzes the causes.In view of the problems of large passenger flow safety management existing in Chengdu Metro South Station,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of optimizing the composition of large passenger flow management team and professional training,establishing a large passenger flow prediction and early warning system suitable for Chengdu Metro South Station,perfecting the existing large passenger flow safety management system and improving the investment of information system,which are helpful to improve the safety management level of large passenger flow in Chengdu Metro South Station,At the same time,it also provides some suggestions and references for the safety management of large passenger flow at similar comprehensive transportation hub stations in other large and medium-sized cities in China.
