With the rapid development of economic globalization and the gradual opening up of China to the outside world,the international trade environment is becoming more and more complex and changeable,and the market competition of China’s foreign export enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.How to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer stickiness,improve the profit contribution rate of each customer,and enhance the long-term benefits of enterprises,is an important issue that every foreign trade export enterprise needs to solve,and is also an important issue that Star Glory needs to solve,so it is urgent to improve the satisfaction of Star Glory’s overseas corporate customers.In this paper,we focus on the satisfaction evaluation and the corresponding improvement strategies of Star Glory’s overseas corporate customers,taking Star Glory’s overseas corporate customers as the research object.The paper firstly composes the international and domestic literature and theories on customer satisfaction,introduces the profile and business status of Star Glory.The survey results were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed by hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and it was found that the customer satisfaction indexes of product price,product quality,product performance,product certification,technical support,cargo inspection service,shipping service and staff’s cross-cultural communication literacy of Star Glory were low,mainly due to the lack of professional procurement,imperfect supplier management system,unreasonable organizational structure,unclear service process and insufficient attention to staff’s cross-cultural communication skills.Finally,this paper proposes strategies to improve customer satisfaction such as optimizing organizational structure,improving procurement development and supplier management,implementing differentiated marketing strategies,improving service processes,strengthening technical support to customers,and enhancing cross-cultural communication training for employees.This paper not only provides practical guidance for maintaining the company’s customer relationship and improving the company’s business performance,but also provides useful reference for similar enterprises to improve customer satisfaction.
