| Since the reform and opening up more than 40 years ago,private enterprises have made significant contributions to national employment and tax revenue.With the increasingly fierce market competition,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises are trying to improve their own management level.Performance management as an important part of modern enterprise management,can help enterprises improve their core competitiveness,but at present,the real realization of the whole process of performance management of small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for less,therefore,performance management of small and medium-sized enterprises is still a topic worth discussing.H Company is a small and medium-sized private enterprise that produces pneumatic components such as cylinders and solenoid valves.This paper combs and analyzes its performance management status and optimizes it.Firstly,the research status of performance management at home and abroad is summarized,and the theoretical knowledge related to performance management is introduced.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,field interview and other ways to introduce the current situation of H company’s performance management,analysis of its existing problems and causes;Thirdly,according to the reasons,targeted solutions are put forward,including defining the company strategy,drawing the strategic map,using the balanced scorecard to determine the company-level and department-level KPI indicators,and developing the employee-level KPI indicators;Fourthly,make clear the guarantee of supporting system,organization,resources and culture for the optimization plan;Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,performance management should be fully involved;Secondly,necessary performance management professionals should be equipped;Thirdly,it is best to have an ERP system suitable for the company’s scale;Finally,the company must be honest and rewarding to achieve the target,so as to constantly improve the working ability and enthusiasm of managers and employees at all levels,so as to improve the overall performance of the company. |
