| As a non-contact transmission device,disc synchronous magnetic coupler has the characteristics of high efficiency,low noise and good dynamic tracking ability.In this paper,the dynamics of disc synchronous magnetic coupler under hydrodynamic mechanical quadratic load is analyzed and improved.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,combined with domestic and foreign research present situation,the use of equivalent magnetic charge method is deduced from different Angle difference and gap under the thickness of the output torque and axial force of expression,at the same time establish eddy current loss and the average air gap flux density formula,analysis of different structural parameters and material properties on the influence of the magnetic coupler output torque,and carries on the structure optimization.Secondly,taking a magnetic coupler with the maximum output torque as an example,Ansys maxwell was used to analyze the influence of the induced magnetic field generated by eddy current on the air gap magnetic density of the magnetic coupler.The theoretical and analytical values of torque and axial force under different Angle differences and air gap thicknesses were compared,and the rationality of the structure design was verified.Finally,the magnetic coupler is applied to fluid machinery,and the dynamical analytical model of the driven magnetic rotor is established.The motion characteristics of the magnetic coupler under starting,accelerating and decelerating conditions are analyzed.The results show that the output power and Angle difference increase with the increase of torque,and reducing the motor starting angular acceleration or delaying the start is beneficial to the stable operation of the system.At the same time,within the regulated range of rated speed and air gap thickness,the maximum output torque provided by the magnetic coupler is much larger than the torque required by the load,which verifies the rationality of the design.By studying the static and transient magnetic field and dynamics of the disc magnetic coupler,it is proved that the theoretical analysis and design method of the magnetic coupler have high reliability,which provides reference value for the study of intelligent control in the motion system of the synchronous magnetic coupler. |
