Abstract/Summary:
In order to realize more driving modes and functions,a novel space disc planet motor is proposed in this paper.This motor integrates the structures of disc motor and permanent magnet planetary gears.It can realize output with multiple ports in different directions with small space,which widens the field of novel electric drive system.In this paper,the novel space disc planet motor is studied from the following aspects:Firstly,the basic structure and working principle of novel space disc planet motor are introduced,and the design requirements of system parameters are analyzed.The two-dimensional equivalent model of the motor is established,and the magnetic field distribution of two-dimensional model is analyzed.The three-dimensional magnetic field of planet stator,disc rotor and planet rotor are calculated by Biot Savart law and equivalent magnetic charge method,and the spatial magnetic field distribution of disc rotor is analyzed.Based on the transformation relationship between local coordinate system and overall coordinate system in coordinate system of novel space disk planet motor,the three-dimensional magnetic field of planet stator,disc rotor and planet rotor are superimposed,and the space magnetic field mathematical model of novel space disc planet motor is obtained.Secondly,the torque of novel space disc planet motor is analyzed.In the first part,combined with the three-dimensional magnetic field calculation results of planet stator and disc rotor,the driving torque of disc rotor is calculated by Maxwell tensor method.The validity of calculation results is verified by finite element simulation.The effects of magnetic tooth thickness and minimum air gap length δ12 on maximum driving torque of disc rotor are analyzed.In the second part,the three-dimensional model of disc rotor and planet rotor are established.The torque-angle characteristic,cogging torque and output torque of planet rotor are studied by finite element simulation.And the influence factors of transmission torque and cogging torque of planet rotor are analyzed.Finally,through the finite element simulation of three-dimensional model of a novel space disc planet motor,the effectiveness of space magnetic field mathematical model of novel space disc planet motor is verified.Then,a principle prototype is designed and processed.Through the transmission ratio experiment and no-load back-EMF experiment,the correctness of novel space disc planet motor principle and the rationality of prototype design are verified.
