Magnetic drive as a new type of transmission is gradually attracting people’s attention,magnetic coupler is a new non-contact transmission device,through the permanent magnetic field generated by the permanent magnetic rotor and copper rotor generated by the electromagnetic effect of the induced magnetic field to achieve the transmission of torque and speed.Its advantage is no mechanical connection,vibration isolation,environmental protection,no pollution,high efficiency and energy saving,in line with the requirements of green development.In this paper,the disk magnetic coupler is studied as follows:The air gap adjustment mechanism of disk magnetic coupler is innovatively designed.Compared with the existing disk magnetic coupler,the structure designed has the advantages of more stable air gap adjustment and more stable output shaft operation.The three-dimensional model of magnetic disk coupler is established.According to the structural characteristics of the disk magnetic coupler,the equivalent magnetomotive force source of the permanent magnet is made,the magnetoresistance characteristics on the magnetic circuit and the causes of magnetic leakage are analyzed,and the equivalent magnetic circuit of the disk magnetic coupler is drawn.Using Ansoft Maxwell software for 3 d modeling of magnetic field,under the condition of static and transient electromagnetic field finite element simulation was carried out on the disc magnetic coupler,it is concluded that the transmission parts of the eddy current density and magnetic induction intensity distribution,analysis of the air gap size,conductor plate thickness and the axial length of disc permanent magnet magnetic coupling electromagnetic torque and the influence of axial force,eddy current loss and get the optimal conductor plate thickness and axial length of the permanent magnet 8 mm,50 mm respectively.Disc magnetic coupling heat transfer mathematical model is set up to electromagnetic field finite element numerical approximation of the eddy current loss is calculated as the heat source,inner heat source density is obtained by calculation,the thermal conductivity of materials set,calculate the gas gap and slip coefficient of heat transfer,using Ansys Workbench software,copper rotor and magnetic rotor of magnetic coupling among three dimensional temperature field of the air gap part finite element calculation and test under different conditions of the permanent magnet temperature is within the scope of the permit,maintain demagnetization disc magnetic coupler,the design is verified by the model of safe and reliable.
