Prefabricated prefabricated buildings have the advantages of high efficiency, convenience and environmental protection.Dry connection nodes have the advantages of convenient construction, high production and installation efficiency, easy detection, and less environmental pollution. In view of the current situation that most of the prefabricated concrete shear wall and floor connections are wet connections, and dry connections are mainly applied to beam-column joints, this paper designs two new types of prefabricated concrete shear wall and floor dry connections, and studies the mechanical properties of the two new types of joints through ABAQUS software, and obtains the following conclusions:(1)Two new types of fabricated joints are H-shaped steel connection joint(ZP-1)and corbel connection joint(ZP-2).The section of the two new types of fabricated joints is reviewed, and the feasibility of the two types of joints is determined theoretically.ABAQUS software is used to simulate the existing tests in the literature to ensure the accuracy of finite element simulation.(2)The finite element simulation of two new types of prefabricated concrete shear wall and floor dry-connected joints is carried out by ABAQUS software, and a cast-in-place joint model(XJ)with the same parameters is established as a comparison. The mechanical properties of the three joint models are studied by applying monotonic load and reciprocating load respectively. The results show that under monotonic load, the ultimate load of ZP-1 and ZP-2 specimens is greater than that of XJ specimens;Under the action of reciprocating load, the energy consumption capacity of ZP-1 and ZP-2 specimens is worse than that of XJ specimens;Comparing the load-displacement curve under monotonic load with the positive skeleton curve under reciprocating load, the cyclic degradation effect under reciprocating load can be reflected.(3)Parametric analysis of two new types of fabricated joints shows that the length of H-section steel, the number of H-section steel(spacing),the thickness of H-section steel web and the diameter of anchor bar in the floor have great influence on the joints; For ZP-2 test piece, the thickness of lapped steel plate, the thickness of corbel, the spacing of corbel and the shape of corbel have great influence on ZP-2 test piece.(4)Through theoretical calculation, the bearing capacity of two new types of fabricated joints is calculated. The results are slightly different from the finite element simulation results, but they are relatively close and have a small error. The accuracy of the simulation is verified, and the relevant design suggestions of the two types of joints are given, which provides reference for the application in practical engineering.
