| In this paper,a prefabricated of low-profile shear wall joint with steel connection is proposed. This kind of shear wall joint is composed of precast concrete shear wall members and I-shaped steel connection members. The stress ribs and anchor ribs on the steel plate are welded and secured by means of perforated plug welding. This kind of vertical rigid connection shear wall node has the advantages of accurate assembly positioning and complete dry operation. In this paper, the experimental research and finite element simulation analysis of two types of shear walls under the conditions of 0.1 axial compression ratio and 0.3 axial compression ratio are carried out.A total of 3 shear walls were designed and produced in the test, all of which were 1/2 scale test pieces. The low-cycle reciprocating seismic performance tests were conducted on the three shear walls, and the following conclusions were drawn through the test and finite element simulation analysis:(1)The steel-connected assembled shear wall(hereinafter abbreviated as PW-1,PW-2)has a failure mode different from that of cast-in-place shear wall(CW),but its crack development is different: PW-1 and PW-2 The cracks of the test piece are distributed on the upper and lower walls of the steel, forming diagonal cracks, which extend to the edge of the wall.(2)In the middle of the shear wall,a new type of steel connection is used for connection.During the test loading, there is no crack at the steel connection, the steel is not yielded, and the concrete at the corner of the wall is destroyed first. The test results show that: The structure of the shear wall is relatively reliable, and the energy dissipation capacity of the specimen is better than that of the cast-in-place shear wall.(3)After using ABAQUS finite element software for simulation calculation, comparing the simulation results of the two types of shear walls with the test results,it is found that the simulation results of the CW shear wall are higher than the test results, and the simulation results of PW-1 and PW-2 The result is lower than the test result, and the reason for the analysis is that the result of perforated plug welding of section steel and steel bar is higher than the result of coupling constraint between steel bar and anchor plate in the simulation.(4)The connection method between the steel bar and the steel at the intermediate steel connection node affects the seismic performance of the shear wall.In this test, the connection between the longitudinal and anchor bars of the PW-1 shear wall and the steel plate was spotwelding.During the horizontal displacement loading process, the steel bar at the welding site broke, resulting in the failure to achieve the expected test results;PW-2 shear wall, through perforated plug welding between section steel and steel bar,the test results show that: under the condition of allowable axial compression ratio, the seismic performance of the section steel connection shear wall can achieve the same effect as the cast-in-place shear wall. |
