With the vigorous promotion of prefabricated buildings in the field of policy,the current construction industry is facing a technological change.The demand for new structures with convenient construction and excellent performance is on the rise in the industry,and various new connection modes emerge in endlessly.It can be seen that innovation in this field will be a new growth point and innovation point of the construction industry.In the face of new opportunities and challenges,the research group of the author decided to invest in the research of horizontal connection of prefabricated shear wall,which is a field with less research content,and put forward a transverse connection mode of prefabricated shear wall based on concrete filled steel tubular members.In this paper,the mechanical properties of this connection mode will be studied by means of finite element simulation,and whether it can meet the actual needs will be discussed For the needs of international engineering,the specific research and work in this paper are as follows:According to the existing experimental specimen size and loading mode,the finite element simulation software ABAQUS is used to build the specimen model and simulate the process of its stress.After the results are extracted,the failure modes and load displacement curves of the simulation and experiment are compared to discuss the accuracy of the simulation method.On the basis of the existing experimental specimens,the assembled specimens and the comparative cast-in-place specimens with the new connection mode are designed,and the verified finite element method is used to simulate the stress process.The simulation results of the two specimens are compared to explore the advantages and feasibility of the new connection mode compared with the cast-in-place mode.Six groups of specimens were designed by changing six groups of parameters that affect the shear resistance of specimens.Only one parameter in each group was different from the other groups.Under the same loading system,the process of six groups of specimens is simulated,the results are extracted,and the data of initial stiffness,bearing capacity and ductility coefficient are compared,so as to explore the influence of each parameter on the shear performance of the specimens.Combined with the simulation results of six groups of specimens and the actual needs of the project,the parameters of the new connection mode proposed in this paper are reasonably analyzed,and reasonable suggestions are put forward.According to the above rationalization suggestions for the parameters of the specimen,the full-scale shear wall specimen with the connection method proposed in this paper is designed,and the stress of the specimen under the reciprocating load is simulated,the simulation results are extracted,and compared with the experimental results of the cast-in-place specimen,and the performance of the two in the four aspects of bearing capacity,ductility coefficient,energy consumption capacity and stiffness degradation are analyzed,In order to discuss the performance of the new connection mode under the earthquake condition.Based on the above research,the following conclusions can be drawn: the simulation method adopted in this paper has good accuracy;the connection method proposed in this paper has certain advantages compared with cast-in-place connection,and has engineering practical value;the steel strength,steel pipe wall thickness and concrete strength in steel pipe have little influence on the shear performance of the test piece;the improvement of steel grade can increase the shear bearing capacity and initial rigidity of the test piece The results show that the shear wall with the new connection method is better than the cast-in-place shear wall in seismic performance.The connection mode proposed in this paper has the characteristics of fast construction speed and less wet operation in the practical application of the project.Combined with the advantages of the mechanical properties obtained from the above study,it can be seen that this connection mode can increase the production efficiency on the premise of ensuring the mechanical properties,and has a certain practical value in the project.
