Prefabricated building is a building assembled with prefabricated components at the construction site.The construction method of industrialized production and mechanized assembly is adopted,which makes it have the advantages of resource saving,accelerated construction period and controllable cost compared with the traditional construction method,which is in line with the basic concept of national energy conservation and emission reduction and green development,and meets the needs of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Prefabricated buildings connect prefabricated components into a whole through joints.As one of the common joint connection forms of prefabricated concrete structures,reinforcement sleeve grouting connection technology can ensure the reliability of connection quality in terms of mechanical performance through a large number of experimental studies at home and abroad.However,the construction process of prefabricated concrete structure joints is highly professional,which requires professional technicians and standardized operation process.At present,there is less research on the construction technology of the construction process,and there is a lack of strict construction quality control specifications and procedures,resulting in the uneven quality of the construction site.Therefore,the research on the construction technology of on-site connection of prefabricated concrete structure is particularly important.Based on the field connection construction technology of prefabricated concrete structure and taking the reinforcement sleeve grouting process of prefabricated concrete structure as the research object,this paper designs the warehouse sealing model of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure,carries out the grouting construction technology test of connecting cavity,and puts forward the quality control measures of field grouting construction.At the same time,using the numerical simulation method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD),through the numerical simulation of different working conditions,explore the flow state law of grouting material in the sealing cavity,and analyze the influence of grouting speed and sealing size on grouting quality.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the development process and research status of reinforcement sleeve connection and slurry anchor lap connection of fabricated concrete structure,as well as the research status and existing quality problems of on-site grouting connection construction technology.(2)A visual grouting test is designed,which is carried out from the middle position and one end of the shear wall respectively.The test results show that the grouting fullness and compactness under the two working conditions meet the specification requirements.During the grouting construction,priority should be given to grouting from the middle position of the shear wall silo sealing cavity,which can reduce the risk of silo explosion due to excessive pressure in the silo sealing cavity.(3)Under the platform of ANSYS Workbench,the numerical analysis of the test is carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which verifies the rationality and accuracy of the numerical simulation model;At the same time,three common sizes of shear wall sealing models are established,and five grouting speeds are used for grouting.The effects of shear wall sealing size and grouting speed on grouting quality are compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that there is easy to have non dense grouting area at the corner of the sealing cavity.When the screw extrusion grouting machine is used for grouting construction,the grouting pressure meets the specification requirements.(4)Through the analysis of grouting fullness,compactness,grouting pressure,construction efficiency and economy,this paper puts forward three common sizes of bin sealing cavity.When the screw extrusion grouting machine is used for grouting construction,the appropriate grouting speed is adopted.While reaching the grouting fullness and good compactness,the grouting is carried out with small grouting pressure to reduce the risk of bin burst,improve the construction efficiency and save materials.Figure [60] Table [20] Reference [50]... |
