| The "Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of High-skilled Talents in the New Era" focuses on the development of vocational education and proposes that skilled talents are an important force supporting China’s manufacturing and China’s creation,and are of great significance to enhancing the country’s core competitiveness and scientific and technological innovation capabilities.To promote the high-quality development of vocational education,we must effectively improve the adaptability of vocational education and realize the organic unity of teaching process and production process.As a regional key construction major,the middle-level urban rail transit major should pay attention to the modernization and reform and innovation of teaching methods in the teaching system,and the task-driven teaching method is task-centered,and the intra-group cooperation and selfexploration are used as teaching methods,which is conducive to cultivating students’ ability to apply knowledge and high-order thinking,acquire professional skills and improve comprehensive ability,which is consistent with the goal of training skilled talents.The first chapter of the paper is based on the development of vocational education and urban rail major,combined with the application status of task-driven teaching method at home and abroad,and analyzes the significance of task-driven teaching method applied to urban rail transit major.The second chapter explores the connotation and characteristics of task-driven pedagogy,and on this basis,constructivism,achievement motivation and learning theory are used to ensure the theoretical support of research.Chapter 3 investigates the teaching status of urban rail station equipment in a secondary vocational school in J City,finds that most students have low interest in learning in professional course teaching,and summarizes the important factors affecting learning quality.Chapter 4 divides course content modules,sets teaching objectives,and designs the implementation process of task-driven pedagogy based on the principle of developing job skills.Chapter 5 selects a numbe of subjects that cannot be closed under normal circumstances as practical examples,implements student-oriented task-based teaching,and verifies the application effect of taskdriven teaching method in this course.The practical results show that it is feasible to apply task-driven teaching method in urban rail transit station equipment courses,rebuild students’ learning habits,improve classroom participation and learning quality,help students master station equipment operation skills,and strengthen rail transit professional quality. |
