Implement the spirit of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,take moral education as a fundamental task,advance comprehensive reform in the field of vocational education,stress all-round development of people,and strengthen the construction of a contingent of highly skilled personnel in the new era.At the same time,the rapid development of urban rail transit industry and the fierce competition for employment environment,the secondary vocational school urban rail transit operation service major graduates put forward higher requirements.Among them,"Urban rail Transit Driving Organization" is the core course of this major,but due to the limitations of school teaching resources,the daily teaching of this course cannot realize the integration of theory and practice.In order to improve the teaching quality and meet the needs of students’ employment and society,this study focuses on how to complete the teaching evaluation system,how to cultivate students’ key abilities and improve the efficiency of practical training.In the daily teaching of urban rail transit traffic organization theoretical course in secondary vocational schools,the project education practice research based on key abilities is carried out.This study sorted out the relevant theories and research status of project teaching method and key ability at home and abroad,conducted field research on the teaching status of the course "Urban Rail Transit Driving Organization" in secondary vocational schools,combined with the results of theoretical research and teacher interviews,It can focus on cultivating students’ key abilities in four aspects,namely,autonomous learning ability,information processing ability,teamwork ability and problem solving ability,in the urban rail car organization course of secondary vocational schools,and find that there are "six problems in three aspects" in the teaching of urban rail car organization course of secondary vocational schools.In view of the existing problems and the results of front-end analysis,a key ability training program is designed,which is driven by learning motivation,guided by teaching objectives,supported by teaching activities and supported by evaluation system.The teaching framework of urban rail car organization course project in secondary vocational schools is designed from four aspects: teaching objectives,content,process and evaluation.The teaching objective of the course is remade,the key competence dimension is introduced,and the three-dimensional objective is arranged according to the new curriculum standard.Determine and decompose the teaching content.Based on the existing teaching materials,determine the teaching content of the course into 8 unit projects,32 project tasks and 100 sub-tasks,and determine the form and content of the project implementation results;Determine the implementation process of project teaching,which is divided into six steps: project preparation,project establishment,plan formulation,project implementation,achievement display and arrangement extension;We should improve the project teaching evaluation system,implement the principle of "threedimensional and all-round",formulate evaluation standards for project implementation process,and form a "three-in-one" evaluation system of process,achievement and detection.This study carried out the project teaching implementation of the whole course.According to the students’ activities and feedback in classroom teaching,the teaching design was gradually adjusted and the teaching framework of the project was improved.Taking the unit project "Train diagram" and the project task "preparation and delivery of verbal commands" as examples,the project teaching design,implementation and evaluation based on key competencies were explained in detail.The teaching effect of key competency-based projects is analyzed from three aspects: curriculum evaluation and detection,changes in the four key competency-based levels,and interviews after the implementation of curriculum teaching.The results show that: The new teaching method is conducive to teacher-student communication and student-student communication,optimizes the classroom teaching atmosphere of driving organization,meets students’ expectations for course teaching,and promotes students’ mastery of professional knowledge and skills and the improvement of key ability level.This study provides reference for the application of project-based teaching method to the daily teaching of urban rail transit teachers and the cultivation of key abilities of secondary vocational students.
