Research On Product R&D Management Of LP Company

With the progress of medical and health care,people’s demand for disease prediction,health management and chronic disease management is increasing.These have promoted the rapid development of in vitro diagnostic.Especially in the last two years,the raging epidemic has deeply affected life,and the in vitro diagnostic,which is highly related to 2019-n Co V,has received great attention from the society and favored by the capital market.The rapid development of the industry makes the competition among enterprises increasingly fierce.How to launch products quickly and accurately,with high quality and low cost has become the core requirement of R&D management.Through theoretical and literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the R&D management of LP company.In view of the problems,build an R&D management system for LP company that meets the market demand and innovation needs.Firstly,combined with the market environment of the in vitro diagnostic reagent industry,this paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of LP Company,and explains that although LP Company has been deeply engaged in the industry for many years,it is difficult to avoid the problems of product homogenization and low internationalization level.Combined with the current situation of research and development of the company,using the method of questionnaire,we investigated the problems existing in the research and development management of LP Company around the aspects of R&D strategy,organizational structure,product development process,talent training and performance management,clarified the directions and needs of R&D management system optimization.Secondly,Through the combination of theory and practice,the idea of products value management is used to optimize the R&D management system of LP Company from the aspects of formulating R&D strategy and product planning,reorganizing R&D organization structure,optimizing product development process,building professional R&D team and improving the performance management system.In addition,The optimized R&D management system can be implemented smoothly through the attention of the leaders,the safeguard of R&D funds,the evaluation of implementation effect,the continuous optimization of R&D system and the shaping of innovative corporate culture.Finally,it is hoped that the results of this study can provide some reference for the optimization of R&D management system of domestic in vitro diagnostics companies.
