| With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the competition in the field is becoming increasingly fierce,people’s consumption is constantly upgrading,and the demand of the middle and high-end automobile market is catching up with the demand of the low-end market.New technologies and new business models are constantly pushing through the old and bringing forth the new,which makes the automobile industry present the development momentum of "new four modernizations" of "electrification,intelligence,networking and sharing".In the face of this opportunity and challenge,a certain self-owned brand car model has rapidly adopted a series of changes and attempts to expand the types of brand models,speed up the iteration of products,improve the market share of products,and also hope to win the reputation of customers in terms of product quality and further improve the brand value.In order to achieve the strategic objectives of the company’s planning,this paper identifies the risk of quality control in the process of product birth,design and development,production and manufacturing of a certain self-owned brand car model.Among them,the main risks are the short period of product quality cultivation caused by the compression of development cycle,the difficulty of batch consistency of single product quality;the increasing difficulty of vehicle matching,the increasing difficulty of vehicle quality cultivation;the insufficient time of quality verification,which affects the risk of product batch production,including the risk of new production site and inexperience of new personnel caused by capacity expansion and failure of quality control method application.This paper analyzes the identified risks in depth,and optimizes the development and production process of a certain self-owned brand car model products with potential risks based on the current quality management methods in the industry.Through the platform and modular management application,the time of product design and development and data drawing is greatly shortened.Due to the mature platform borrowing,the reliability of products is improved,the verification requirements are reduced,and the quality verification cycle is shortened.Through the development of synchronous engineering work in the product design stage,a working group of R&D,procurement,quality and supplier will be established to discuss the product design scheme,process scheme,production and manufacturing scheme together.This parallel work mode not only saves the development cycle,but also reduces the number of subsequent design changes,saves the cost,and reduces the cause of changes after the production stage Risk of product delay.Through the early input of the platform vehicle problem,it makes up for the lack of experience accumulation,passively takes the problems of the previous model projects,even the competitive vehicles as the premise of development,and avoids them in advance.Through the review of business moving forward,the perceived quality of vehicles is evaluated from the perspective of customers at the stage of data not yet locked,and the evaluation is carried out at different stages of the development process,which is equivalent to the continuous improvement and improvement of the quality of the whole product from the development stage to the mass production of products.Through the application of maturity evaluation management method,we can control the product quality and process quality of each key node in the development process,and finally achieve the preset quality objectives according to the plan,and smoothly ensure mass production.This paper also puts forward effective guarantee measures for the implementation of the new application of the above quality management methods,such as system construction,performance management,risk upgrading management and control,digital system support and personnel skills training.Through the effective application of the above quality management methods and the guarantee of various measures,remarkable results have been achieved in the quality,cycle and cost of new product development process.Moreover,these these proposed quality management methods will lay the foundation fo the successful launch of a certain self-owned brand car model products and win the recognition of the market. |
