The checkerboard pattern presented in our historical ancient city is the one that predecessors controlled the relationship between residence and street in the ancient city planning, which has unique space features and planning features. In recent years, with the upgrading of tourism and commerce, the ancient city lacks proper size guidance in the renewal and transformation,so the appearance of the ancient city becomes completely new and the urban texture is seriously damaged.Guangping Fu is the predecessor of Guangfu Ancient City, where counties, prefectures, prefectures and counties were located. The existing streets basically continue the layout of the ancient city in the Ming and Qing dynasties, and it is one of the relatively complete preserved ancient cities in southern Hebei. This thesis chooses the traditional residential buildings built in Guangfu City from1920 s to 1960 s as the research object, tries to start with the module, focuses on the street layout, courtyard scale, single buildings and construction practices of the ancient city, and makes a longitudinal comparison of the scale relationship between the four to have a more comprehensive understanding of the modular system of traditional residential buildings.Through surveying and mapping, interviewing, data collection and computer modeling techniques,a comprehensive study was conducted on the folk dwellings and construction techniques of Guangfu City. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, briefly explaining the research background, research purpose, related concepts, research content, research methods and research framework of this subject. The second chapter conducts research from the historical overview of Guangfucheng and the current situation of folk dwellings. In terms of the historical overview,it mainly analyzes the historical evolution, current situation, current street and wall system of Guangfucheng, while the current situation of folk dwellings mainly understands and combs the research object from the three aspects of the functional relationship of courtyards, the combination way and the current situation of individual buildings, providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent research. The third chapter summarizes the basic situation of the existing 15 courtyards, and selects 5 point courtyards and 5 general courtyards for comprehensive analysis and size study, and sorts out the scale range of each component of the existing residential buildings to lay a foundation for the subsequent modular analysis. The fourth chapter focuses on the construction techniques of single buildings in the city.Taking the five-purlin building which appears most frequently in the city as an example, the foundation, wood components, wall, roof, decoration and ground laying of the single building are deeply analyzed.Sum up the building technique and scale relationship of individual residential buildings in Guangfu City. The fifth chapter,by comparing the research results of the second, third and fourth chapters, scientifically and reasonably puts forward the modulus relationship between the streets and residential buildings of the ancient city, and concludes that the scale and layout of the ancient city are built according to the size of the government office, while the residential courtyards and individual buildings are planned and designed according to the length of the five beams used in the main house. |
