Research On Working Relationship Of Organization Unit In Construction Stage Of Construction Project Based On SNA

There are many stakeholder organizations in the construction stage of construction projects,and there are different departments within each organization.These organizations and departments are called organization units in this thesis.There is working relationship between these organizational units.Using social network analysis method to analyze these working relationships,find the laws and problems,and take targeted management measures,which can improve the cooperation efficiency between organizational units and contribute to the realization of project objectives.In this thesis,the social network analysis method is used to analyze the working relationship network between organizational units in the construction stage of construction project,find the laws and existing problems in the network,further optimize the network by using the social network analysis method,and measure the optimization effect by using the constraint index in the structural hole theory.Based on the literature analysis,this thesis defines the relevant concepts,determines the data collection scope for a case,further identifies the organizational units in the project,collects the work relationship data of each organizational unit,constructs the matrix,generates the corresponding graphics using Netdraw,and analyzes the work relationship network using the social network analysis method.It is found that the District Housing and Urban Rural Construction Commission,the Engineering Department of the Construction Unit,the Chief Engineer for Construction Inspection and the Project Manager of each unit are at the core of the network;The working relationship network of organization units in different construction bid sections shows different centrality,and the actual power center is different from the power center of organizational structure design.The Engineering Department of the Construction Unit has a high degree in the working relationship network,and the construction unit has a high centrality in some working relationships.In view of the problems found in the analysis,the structural hole theory is used to analyze,adjust the working relationship between the Engineering Department of the construction unit and other organization units,adjust the working relationship of the construction unit in some work process organizations,and calculate the structural hole indicators before and after the adjustment.The results show that these measures can achieve the goal of optimizing the working relationship network.This thesis also puts forward other management measures.
