| China’s economy development is at the forefront of the world,its international status has been significantly improved,the cause of highway construction has also taken a high-speed pace,significant achievements have been made in the system of legal and policy and industrial standard system of highway construction,and the level of safety risk control has been greatly improved.However,at the same time,the accidents in the highway construction in China are still at a high level,and there is still room for progress in safety risk management,especially in the field of ordinary highway construction,which take up a great proportion.Based on the technical strength,personnel structure and equipment of ordinary highway construction units,and based on the current situation,study the characteristics of highway construction,absorb advanced safety risk management concepts,improve the loopholes in the current safety management system of construction units,reduce the frequency of highway construction accidents and safeguard people’s lives and asset,It has become an important subject to be solved urgently in the study of highway construction safety management.Aiming at the current situation of frequent highway construction safety accidents,taking the reconstruction project of Tianjin G104 Jingba highway section as the template,this thesis carries out the research on the risk identification,risk evaluation and risk control of highway construction safety according to the construction scheme during the construction preparation.Firstly,the process of risk identification is formulated by using the combination of literature query,field investigation and brainstorming method.Through the decomposition of the construction procedure of the project,the types of safety accidents that may occur in the construction process are summarized,analyzed by fishbone diagram method,and the safety risks leading to accidents are summarized,The types of safety risks in the construction process of the project are identified;Secondly,on the basis of some research on the traditional LEC Method,the risk is evaluated based on the improved LEC Method,and its risk level is obtained;Finally,using the above research conclusions,this thesis puts forward the safety risk control measures to ensure the smooth development of engineering construction safety management.The reconstruction project of Tianjin G104 Jingba highway section was opened to traffic in July 2020,and there were no major safety accidents and deaths in the construction process,which proves the significance and value of this study.Although there are still deficiencies and areas that need to be improved,it also provides a reference research method for the safety risk management of ordinary highway construction.struction security management,reduce the frequency of accidents and curb the accidents. |
