The long-term goals of the "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral" accelerated the structural adjustment of the energy supply.The COVID-19 pandemic also led to a decline in demand for traditional energy,causing sharp fluctuations in international oil and natural gas prices,slowing the total profitability of energy companies,and reducing investment in energy development and production.Although the energy industry is changing towards a diversified pattern,it is still in the gap period of new energy,and the "double carbon" goal would not be completed in the short term.There must be a contradiction between energy supply and demand in local area.It is still necessary to ensure the continuous supply of traditional energy from the two aspects of development and production,so as to ensure the overall security of energy.However,due to the influence of economic anti-globalization and geopolitics,the globalized and lean supply chain is facing the risk of interruption that is difficult-to-quantify and unpredictable.Therefore,how to ensure the continuity of supply chain is an important issue faced in energy project management.The thesis takes the supply chain resilience during the operation and maintenance period of energy projects as the research object,based on the he dynamic capability theory and digital twin theory,collects the measurement data through the questionnaire,analyzes and describes the influence degree of different factors on the supply chain resilience during the operation and maintenance period of energy projects according to the survey results,and extracts the key influencing factors.By reading the literature on supply chain risk resilience,supply chain continuity management,digital twin and dynamic capability,combined with the feedback of expert interviews,the study summarizes eighteen influencing factors of supply chain resilience,issues questionnaires to collect data,eliminates invalid questionnaire data,and the validity and reliability of the data is checked by SPSS software.Through exploratory factor analysis,five concentration factors are extracted as basic security guarantee,adjust response capability ability,active prevention ability,demand standardization level and integrated supply system.Calculated with priority chart method,the ranking of each influencing factor can be identified,then nine key influencing factors can be distinguished,including supply chain human resource management,supply chain security system construction,supply chain standardization degree,supply chain emergency plan,resource flexibility,supply chain integration level,visibility between supply and demand,collaboration ability and robustness.Finally,according to the key influencing factors,the reasonable comments and suggestion are advised,which provides a reference for the improvement of supply chain resilience during the operation and maintenance period of energy projects,and has guiding significance for the practice of supply chain continuity management of energy companies.
