Research On Strategies For Improving The Efficiency Of Equipment Maintenance Work In HY Company

HY Company was established in 1970 and is a state-owned military enterprise that develops and manufactures power systems and energy storage systems.In the development process of HY Company,equipment maintenance work has played a crucial role in the production and operation management of the enterprise.However,in recent years,with the gradual expansion of HY Company’s industrial scale and continuous investment in new intelligent devices,the problem of insufficient efficiency in current equipment maintenance work has become increasingly prominent,resulting in an overall decrease of 10.05% in HY Company’s equipment comprehensive efficiency,which has had a significant impact on the production of the enterprise.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance work has become a practical problem that HY Company urgently needs to solve.In response to the issue of insufficient efficiency in equipment maintenance work of HY Company,this article is based on the theory of equipment maintenance strategy and equipment comprehensive efficiency.Using research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and Analytic Hierarchy Process,it explores the key factors that affect the efficiency of HY Company’s equipment maintenance work and the main reasons for insufficient maintenance work efficiency.Based on this,it proposes corresponding strategies to improve the efficiency of HY Company’s equipment maintenance work.The main research work and important research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)This article uses data from HY Company’s equipment and production related aspects to analyze the current status of equipment maintenance work in HY Company based on the theory of equipment comprehensive efficiency.The results show that the turnover rate of key equipment of HY Company has been decreasing year by year in the past decade;At the same time,the overall efficiency of the equipment decreased by10.05%.This indicates that the equipment maintenance work efficiency of HY Company is no longer able to meet the overall development needs of the enterprise.(2)This article is based on the theory of equipment maintenance strategy and equipment comprehensive efficiency,combined with the current situation of HY Company’s equipment maintenance work,and explores 8 key factors that affect the efficiency of equipment maintenance work.Using the method of questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),combined with8 key influencing factors,the main reason for the insufficient efficiency of equipment maintenance work is that the current equipment maintenance work mode,Computerized maintenance management system method and maintenance combination mode do not match the current enterprise development needs.(3)In view of the main reasons for the insufficient efficiency of equipment maintenance work of HY Company,this paper proposes the countermeasures for improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance work of HY Company from the aspects of improving the maintenance work mode,improving the Computerized maintenance management system method and optimizing the maintenance combination mode.The research results of this article can provide important theoretical basis and methodological support for improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance work in HY Company,and can also provide reference and reference for the practice of equipment maintenance work in other industries.
