The effective implementation of maintenance strategy for key equipment of urban rail transit can not only improve the utilization rate and prolong the service life of equipment,but also help enterprises to improve management and service ability,reduce maintenance cost and enhance competitiveness.Based on the existing research results of equipment maintenance,this paper analyzes the existing problems of key parts maintenance strategy and scheme of rail transit vehicles in G City,formulates the optimization scheme of key parts maintenance strategy,and puts forward suggestions for key parts maintenance strategy of rail transit vehicles in G city.Firstly,based on the research of logic decision-making method,reliability model and preventive maintenance decision-making model of cost minimization,this paper analyzes the basic situation and problems of rail transit vehicle equipment maintenance in G City,formulates solutions for optimization of rail transit vehicle equipment maintenance strategy in G City,and draws the implementation flow chart of the scheme;then,after fully considering the "repair non new" of key parts,the paper puts forward some suggestions ”On the premise of practical problems,this paper takes the key equipment(bogie)as an example to carry out the research.By analyzing the function and classification of the bogie equipment,the importance of the equipment is evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Combined with the logic decision diagram,the equipment maintenance strategy is selected,and the key equipment maintenance decision optimization process is given.Secondly,taking the comparative analysis of the fault data of bogie wheelset and vertical shock absorber as an example,the influence of the value of β solved by Weibull distribution parameter estimation(Weibull distribution fitting)on the equipment maintenance decision-making is illustrated;thirdly,the preventive maintenance decision-making model constrained by the reliability function of wheelset to minimize the cost is solved by MATLAB simulation Optimal maintenance cycle and minimum maintenance cost.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the maintenance decision optimization of key equipment of rail transit vehicles in G city.
