Modern enterprise equipments are more and more sophisticated and complex day by day,meanwhile, its maintenance and repair is more and more systematic and specialization too. Thekey technology of equipment maintenance management system facing the PLM mainlyresearches on the strategy, organizations and systematic data management upon equipmentmaintenance, and analyzing its application combining with abrasive belt grinding machine. Themain contents of this article are as follows:The first chapter firstly reviews the source of the topic and its research significance;Secondly, analyzing the present status and development at home and abroad, and pointing out thepresent status and development of the strategy, organizations and data management uponequipment maintenance. Thirdly, the second half of current research status of the PLM onproduct life cycle is further analyzed. Finally, it introduces the content of this project, and frameof the paper.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the technology framework of equipmentmaintenance system facing PLM. First of all, making sure the research scope and researchobjects of equipment maintenance facing PLM. Then it introduces the key technology ofequipment maintenance system, and the support technology of equipment maintenance system ofthe technical system facing PLM. Finally, determining the technical framework constitution ofthe equipment maintenance system facing PLM, including the strategy, organizations andsystematic data management upon equipment maintenance, and each of them will be describedmore in chapter there, chapter four and chapter five.The third chapter respectively expounds the maintenance strategy and organizationalmanagement of equipment maintenance system. And the classification of the strategy ofequipment maintenance, the maintenance strategy of equipment user, manufacturers and serviceprovider, and the main body of the equipment maintenance facing PLM are analyzed in details.Finally analyzing the management organization for PLM equipment maintenance system facing PLM, including the organizational process analysis, organization restructuring, organizationoptimization method, and ultimately establishing maintenance organization model based on theabove theory.The fourth chapter basically describes the mathematical model of equipment maintenancestrategy facing PLM and its evaluation and analysis. First of all, the strategy and the design ofthe mode of equipment maintenance facing PLM are analyzed in details, including the strategyand pattern of maintenance and the synergy strategy of the equipment maintenance facing PLM,and establishing its strategic mathematical model and optimization model. Then focus onevaluating the strategy of equipment maintenance facing PLM, establishing equipmentmaintenance strategy evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and using theanalytical results on examples.The fifth chapter mainly introduces data management and application research equipmentmaintenance system facing PLM. Firstly the product data management, data management ofequipment maintenance and its facing PLM is analyzed separately, and model of equipmentmaintenance data facing PLM is established according to this theory. Then its applicationcombining with abrasive belt grinding machine are analyzed in details.The sixth chapter of the full text summarizes and prospects of this paper, pointing out thatthe key work and its innovation, and putting forward the insufficiency and the further research infuture, finally looking forward for the future research.
