| The infrastructure construction of modern agricultural industrial park is an important measure to comprehensively promote the prosperity of rural industry under the guidance of rural revitalization strategy.In the context of industrial prosperity,in order to break the development dilemma of traditional agriculture with low income,large investment and high risk,and promote the high-quality development of modern agricultural industrial system,it is necessary to speed up the construction of modern agricultural industrial parks.However,at present,the infrastructure of modern agricultural industrial park in China is still in the initial stage of development,the project experience and project organizational structure are not perfect,and there is no clear and unified standard for the selection method of project management mode and the scope of project application.Therefore,in the process of project construction,there are often problems such as "blind selection of project management mode","non-matching of construction contents" and "failure of project objective management".In the construction process of modern agricultural industrial park infrastructure projects,there are some problems,such as lack of construction experience or large fund gap,which lead to the wrong choice of project management mode,or the waste of construction resources and project failure caused by the lack of correct project management mode.To sum up,the problem of selecting a suitable project management mode for the infrastructure of modern agricultural industrial park needs to be solved urgently,but there are relatively few researches on this problem at present.Therefore,the research on the selection of infrastructure project management mode of modern agricultural industrial park can help the target project choose its own project management mode and reduce the project risk.First of all,by combing relevant national policies,literature and research data,this study elaborated the concept,attributes and characteristics of the infrastructure of modern agricultural industrial park,and clarified the project types and investment subjects of the infrastructure of modern agricultural industrial park.On this basis,the paper selects and classifies the project management modes commonly used at home and abroad,defines the research scope for the selection of subsequent project management modes,and provides theoretical support for the selection of model to determine the output layer data in Chapter 5.Secondly,based on the grounded theory and principal component analysis method,the influencing factors were extracted and optimized,and finally a modern agricultural industrial park project management mode selection index system was formed,including 3 first-level indicators,5 second-level indicators and 16third-level indicators.Finally,a modern agricultural industrial park infrastructure engineering management mode selection model based on BP neural network was constructed.16 three-level indicators were determined as input layer data,10 types of engineering management modes as output layer data,and finally a three-layer neural structure model of 16 × 5 × 1 was formed.In addition,60 successful classic infrastructure cases of modern agricultural industrial parks were selected for empirical analysis to verify the reliability of the model.The overall accuracy of the final output result was 0.98481,meeting the predetermined error conditions,proving that the model was scientifically available.In the sixth chapter of this paper,combined with the four development modes of infrastructure construction of modern agricultural industrial park identified in the third chapter,the project management mode prediction analysis is carried out,and the result diagram of project management mode selection for infrastructure construction projects of modern agricultural industrial park is finally formed,which provides reference for subsequent practice. |
