| The 13 th Five-Year Development Plan of Shandong Province has clearly pointed out that it is necessary to vigorously develop and innovate to build a batch of characteristic agricultural product parks.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,Rongcheng City must develop and form about 10 batches of characteristic agricultural product parks as soon as possible.Agriculture and specialty product parks,the Yaxi Town Agricultural Industrial Park construction project is one of them.However,in the actual development process of the project,due to lack of experience,the progress of the project is slow and there is a risk that it will be difficult to complete on schedule.In view of this,this article takes the Yaxi Town Agricultural Industrial Park construction project as the research object.Based on the project overview,project schedule goals,influencing factors,and project schedule management planning,the project schedule is compiled using WBS work breakdown structure and network planning technology.,And made cost optimization and schedule optimization of the project schedule,and then used the entire process of the implementation and execution of the schedule plan of the construction project in the new district of Yaxi Town Agricultural Park to establish an automatic monitoring and adjustment mechanism for project schedule control.The earned value method and the S-curve method are used to analyze the schedule deviations that may occur in the project,determine their impact on the project construction cycle,adjust the project schedule in time,and finally put forward the safeguard measures for the project schedule management.This article plans and controls the entire life cycle of the Yaxi Town Agricultural Industrial Park construction project,optimizes and perfects the project’s schedule management work,and provides theoretical guidance for promoting the project to be completed on time and with quality and quantity.At the same time,the series of measures proposed in this article can also provide assistance for the actual construction of the Yaxi Town Agricultural Industrial Park project,prompting it to be completed within the planned construction period,and providing a certain reference for the construction of similar agricultural industrial park projects. |
