Under the requirements of global environmental protection and meeting energy consumption needs,a large number of new energy power stations have begun to be established globally,such as wind power stations,photovoltaic power stations,etc.In order to meet energy demand,reduce dependence on fossil fuels,improve energy structure,and solve environmental pollution problems,China has started exploring floating photovoltaic power plants.This article studies the investment benefits of floating photovoltaic power generation projects,analyzes the investment benefits brought by investing in floating photovoltaic power stations while meeting energy needs,and points out the current development status and existing problems of establishing floating photovoltaic power stations in China,providing guidance for future investors in the floating photovoltaic power generation industry.The paper constructs an investment benefit evaluation model for floating photovoltaic power generation projects,evaluates the comprehensive benefits of floating photovoltaic power generation construction projects,and has important theoretical significance and practical value for project investment.This article is based on the actual situation of floating photovoltaic power generation projects in China,and analyzes the investment benefits of floating photovoltaic power generation projects from three aspects: economic benefits,environmental benefits,and social benefits.The investment benefits are divided into five levels,and the comprehensive investment benefit level of the project is obtained based on the correlation degree of each level.Firstly,a three-level evaluation index system for floating photovoltaic power generation projects was established,with 20 specific indicators included in the index layer.This indicator system can reflect the characteristics of floating photovoltaic power generation projects.Then,combining the entropy weight method and CRITIC method,the objective weighting method is combined to determine the weights of each indicator,and a matter element extension evaluation model for floating photovoltaic power generation projects is established.Finally,the investment benefits of the 70 MW floating photovoltaic power generation project in Zhuxianzhuang,Suzhou were evaluated using a matter element extension evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the comprehensive benefits of the project are rated as "good",and it is recognized that the project has investment value;The economic and social benefits are "good",while the environmental benefits are "excellent";And floating photovoltaic power generation projects have the best environmental benefits,followed by economic and social benefits;In addition,the investment cost and debt risk of floating photovoltaic enterprises are relatively high.
