Abstract/Summary:
The construction industry is an important source of global greenhouse gas emissions,and the vigorous promotion of green buildings and the strengthening of the innovation,promotion and application of low-carbon technologies in the construction sector are the main paths to reduce greenhouse gas emissions,and are particularly important for China to achieve the "3060" carbon peak and carbon neutral double carbon target.Therefore,in this paper,we integrate the elements related to carbon emission into the evaluation index system of green building in the context of the double carbon target,so as to make the evaluation results of green building comprehensive benefits more objective and accurate.In this paper,we introduce the green building index system.This paper introduces the concepts,characteristics and low-carbon technologies and carbon emission accounting methods of green buildings and green building comprehensive benefits,and expounds and analyzes the extensible material element theory to provide a theoretical basis for the construction and evaluation of the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of green buildings under the double carbon target;through the literature analysis method and expert consultation method,the comprehensive benefit evaluation index of green building is analyzed and screened,and the evaluation index system is constructed from four aspects:economic benefit,social benefit,environmental benefit and technical benefit,and the index is analyzed and calculated The AHP-entropy right method is used to determine the index weights,and the green building meta-extendable comprehensive benefit evaluation model is constructed,and finally the feasibility of the index system and evaluation model is determined by taking the second phase of the green building project of China Railway Nord Mansion as an example,the evaluation results are analyzed,and strategies and suggestions are put forward from four aspects:improving the green building evaluation and certification system,strengthening the green building information disclosure and circulation mechanism,promoting financial and financial support for green buildings,and cultivating the green and low-carbon concept of residents.Through the research of this paper,the low-carbon concept is introduced into the construction of the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of green buildings,and the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of green buildings under the double carbon target is constructed,which opens up ideas for the construction of the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of green buildings,and provides a certain reference for the future evaluation of green buildings and the formulation of evaluation standards.
