The medical building nursing unit strives to create a comfortable treatment and rehabilitation environment for patients and an efficient working environment for medical staff.Compared with artificial lighting environment,natural light environment is more easily accepted by users.The comfortable indoor environment formed by good natural lighting can adjust people's circadian rhythm,which plays an important role in reducing the recovery time of patients and improving the efficiency of medical workers.Unlike other types of buildings,users in various types of spaces in hospital care units have a longer activity time in the building,and long-term reliance on artificial lighting will cause a large power loss.Whether it is from the perspective of medical building energy consumption or the user's experience,the natural lighting research and design of each space of the care unit need to be targeted.This study takes the natural lighting needs of each functional space of the nursing unit as a starting point,combined with relevant domestic and foreign literature and theoretical research to deeply analyze the natural lighting measures of each functional space of the nursing unit,with a view to optimizing the design of natural light of different functional spaces of the medical building nursing unit And development provide theoretical data reference and guidance basis.The full text is divided into the following 5 parts and discussed:The first part mainly relies on the impact of natural lighting on the rehabilitation effect of patients in the ward area,the impact on the office efficiency of nurses and nurses,and the research status at home and abroad.It explains the natural light environment for the comfort and experience of nursing units.Significance,clearly analyze the research purpose,research significance,research methods and overall research framework.In the second part,the actual survey and measurement of the natural lighting effect are carried out on the lighting environment of each space of the hospital nursing unit,especially some hospitals in Shandong.Further sort out and refine the problems in the natural lighting design of the nursing unit.The main problems are:(1)The natural lighting of the newly-built nursing unit does not meet the standard requirements;(2)The lighting of the nursing unit isuneven.The third part is to sort out the dynamic and static natural lighting evaluation indicators according to the problems found in the above survey,compare and analyze the application conditions and advantages and disadvantages of the six types of modeling software and lighting analysis software,and choose the best choice DAYSIM dynamic natural lighting software verification simulation software The data is more accurate than the measured data and fits the actual lighting status.The fourth part simulates and optimizes the five types of spaces,such as the overall space of the nursing unit,the general ward space,the medical office space,the public space and the special space according to the lighting needs of different functional areas.?Optimization of the overall space of the nursing unit: improvements are made in terms of the orientation of the nursing unit,the number of building layers and the distance between buildings,the plane combination form of the nursing unit,and the width of the corridor.?Optimization of common wards: improvement is made in terms of ward orientation,ward plane shape and size,ward net height and ceiling form selection,number of lighting ports and aspect ratio,and selection of lighting port shading types.?Optimization of medical and nursing office space: from the aspects of medical office space orientation,plane shape and combination form of medical care space,joint arrangement form of nurse station and diagnosis and treatment space,and setting of internal windows,etc.?Public space: improve from the position of activity room and auxiliary medical room,the window opening method of staircase elevator room,the choice of corridor length and bending shape,etc.?Special space: adopting measures to reduce the width of internal reflectors in the lighting design of ICU wards;setting light pipes inside the burn unit for indoor lighting design;the beds of obstetric units should be placed at the corners of the windproof wall and closed by glass instead of south To the inner corridor;the neonatal care unit adds soft lateral louvers at the window to shade near the window on the basis of external shading;the infectious disease care unit is provided with a closed outer corridor and large non-opening side windows for improvement.The fifth part summarizes the above optimization design strategies and applies them tothe natural lighting design of the nursing unit of the Second People's Hospital of Chiping County,Liaocheng City,Shandong Province,to optimize and verify the natural lighting effect of the nursing unit.This article proposes a basic optimization design strategy for natural daylighting in general nursing units in hospitals,and hopes to provide a valuable reference for the natural daylighting design of hospital nursing units and the improvement of the natural lighting architecture of nursing units.
