Research On The Development Of Elderly Facilities Based On Statistical Analysis Of Literature

Since our country entered the aging society in 1999,the aging related policies have been issued.The construction of the elderly buildings has been promoted and gradually become a hot academic topic,and the research work in the field of elderly architecture has accumulated a lot of academic results.With the changing aging situation of our country,the strengthening of the research team of the elderly building and expanding the hot spot of the research,it is necessary to review the previous research results of the elderly architecture,to make scientific prediction of the future research of the elderly building in our country.Based on the CNKI database,this paper uses the method of literature statistical analysis and scientific knowledge map to make a statistical analysis on a total of 1938 literature data published in journals,academic papers and conference papers related to buildings for the elderly from 1987 to 2021.Aiming at the external characteristics of the elderly building research,this paper analyzed the trend of the annual number of documents,distribution of study type,distribution of author units,the author and author units and their cooperative relationship,so as to grasp the number and regional characteristics of the elderly research in our country.The hot keywords,hot fields,hot topics and their development and evolution were analyzed according to the content characteristics of the literature,to master the hot spots and development trends of the elderly building research in our country.According to the national policy development research,the trend of the number of documents issued on the elderly architecture and the evolution of hot keywords during the whole research period,this paper divides the development of the elderly architecture research into three stages :1987-2000,the exploration stage of the living environment and pension mode for the elderly;From 2001 to 2010,the elderly building system started and developed;From 2011 to 2021,the building system for the elderly was basically established and optimized.Combining with the background of population development and national policy in different periods,this paper summarizes the regional distribution of the scholar team of research on the elderly architecture,the hot spots of research on the elderly architecture and the hot spots of research on the elderly architecture of different types.Then it summarizes the characteristics,achievements and development dynamics of the research and development of the elderly architecture in different periods,and finally explores the relevant factors affecting the development of research on the elderly architecture in our country.This paper summarizes the external characteristics,content characteristics,research theory and developmental characteristics of the research methods of the elderly building research in our country,and predicts the future research and development trend of the elderly building in our country,and expects to provide reference for the future development of the elderly building research field in our country.
