Customized public transportation system is a new kind of public transportation system,which not only provides a flexible mode of transportation,but also has good economic benefits and reliable demand responsive service,alleviating the traffic congestion in many cities and megacities.Customized bus route design is a key research topic in customized bus service planning.In this paper,based on the passenger IC card data and bus GPS data and other multiple data fusion processing,get more abundant passenger information.The OD matrix of passengers’ trip is obtained,and the characteristic information of passengers’ trip is analyzed.Then,according to the travel characteristics,the model is established to study the route design of customized public transportation.Finally,the comparative evaluation between the planned route and the route network before optimization is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the model.The main work of this paper is as follows(1)Multi source data preprocessing and information matchingThe passenger IC card data,bus station data,bus GPS data and bus line operation data are preprocessed and fused.The passenger travel information is obtained by matching the vehicle location information with the station location information and calculating the OD of travel chain.Then the passenger flow between stations is calculated,and the OD matrix of bus passengers is obtained,Provide data support for the research.(2)Analysis of customized bus operation development and passenger travel characteristicsThe optimization of the whole customized bus service system is considered from the perspective of customized bus operation company and passenger travel choice.Based on the background of customized bus operation and development,it is concluded that customized bus is suitable for operation in centralized areas with large commuter demand and fixed stops.Combined with the travel data image and the actual situation analysis,it is concluded that the passenger flow mainly flows from outside the business district to inside the business district in the morning peak period,and it is opposite in the evening peak period,and this flow direction has a certain regularity,so the customized bus can be set up in this section.(3)Customized bus route design and network evaluationBased on the analysis of the data processing method and the passenger travel characteristics,the paper establishes the design model of customized bus line with the ultimate goal of minimizing the time cost of passenger travel and the cost of the operating company,and sets constraints on the factors such as vehicle route,number of vehicles and carrying capacity.The genetic algorithm is used to get the stable optimal solution.Finally,the case of Bao’an Nanshan District in Shenzhen city is selected for data processing and analysis,and the practical and feasible customized bus routes are obtained,and the iterative results are obtained.Through the comparison of line network indicators,it is verified that the model can effectively reduce the travel time of passengers and the operating cost of enterprises.
