Customized public transport is a new mode of transport that improves and complements the existing public transport system.Customized bus combined with the background of big data,can collect and optimize the travel needs of passengers with the same or similar characteristics,after optimization analysis and processing,customized bus to meet the customized travel needs of passengers,to provide comfortable,convenient and efficient travel solutions.Therefore,formulating a scientific and reasonable customized bus route optimization plan to maximize the unique advantages of customized bus is the key research direction of customized bus.Based on passengers’ boarding requests,this thesis takes customized bus as the research object,takes the multi-objective optimization of customized bus routes as the research focus,and divides the multi-objective optimization problem of customized bus routes into two sub-problems: the multi-objective optimization problem of customized bus routes in the determined environment,and the multi-objective robust optimization problem of customized bus routes under uncertainty.Based on these two problems,the model is built to obtain an optimization scheme.Aiming at the multi-objective optimization problem of customized bus routes in a determined environment,this thesis proposes a personalized bus system,that is,a customized bus multi-objective optimization method,and proposes a new multi-objective optimization method based on NSGA-II to solve passengers’ boarding requests under certain conditions.Among them,the multi-objective robust optimization problem of customized bus routes under uncertain environment refers to the uncertainty of the time during vehicle driving.To solve this problem,this thesis proposes a multi-objective robust optimization model suitable for customized bus systems,and uses the NSGA-II algorithm to solve the case solution,in which the premise includes time window processing and robust equivalent conversion of the model,and then the optimal solution is obtained through case analysis,and finally the optimal solution is obtained.The results show that when formulating the best plan for customized bus routes,it is necessary to protect the interests of passengers and customized bus companies to the greatest extent when considering the different positions of enterprises and passengers.The results show that for different subproblems,different customized bus route optimization schemes can be obtained by solving them,which is enough to show that the method constructed in this thesis is feasible.At the same time,this thesis divides the research object into two situations of deterministic and uncertain environment,and the environment and considered passenger needs in each case are different,so as to provide theoretical support and reasonable suggestions for the formulation of customized bus route optimization schemes for passenger needs in different situations,so as to formulate a more realistic customized bus route optimization scheme,which has certain value for bus services. |
