Enterprise should have faster market response speed in huge market requirement and can design corresponding products according to different customer needs as soon as possible.Therefore,the inefficient manual drawing had been given up in modern design methods,Computer Aided Design(CAD)and Computer Aided Engineering(CAE)has been widely recognized and applied in the industry.In the finite element modeling and post-processing,professional CAE commercial software has basically realized the full coverage of the industrial field.But in the niche market,only a few of the many functions of CAE software will be used.As function buttons are set in the overlapping function panel or the function itself is redundant,it will be inconvenient to use,especially when the function circulates hundreds of times,the mechanical repetitive operation becomes a big problem that should be solved.To solve the problem is the focus of this paper.In this paper,the aluminum alloy metro car body was taken as the research object,and some common functions of Hyper Mesh and Hyper View were developed by using TCL/TK programming language,and an efficient finite element modeling and post-processing method was realized.The main work was as follows:(1)The basic theory of the finite element and the general solution steps were introduced,and the car body structure of the aluminum alloy subway was listed,including its components,materials and parameters.Before modeling the car body,the understanding of the principles of finite element modeling and the expectation of common problems had been completed.The TCL/TK language used in the secondary development of this paper was familiar with and master.(2)From the the routine operations with high repetition rates in finite element modeling,researched and implemented the geometry processing module,meshing module,the grid quality inspection module,material property settings module and physical property settings module,totally five secondary development of finite element modeling phases.The click efficiency of efficient finite element method was listed by comparison with conventional methods.(3)The difference between Hyper View secondary development and Hyper Mesh secondary development and the tree logical structure of Hyper View was briefly introduced firstly.Then,starting from the common operations with high repetition rate in post-processing,four functions’ secondary development of efficient stress display,efficient screenshots,efficient extraction of node information and efficient generation of PPT report was studied and realized.Compared with conventional methods,the click efficiency of efficient post-processing methods was listed.(4)In practical application,the total click times and consumption time of the conventional method and the efficient method was compared to judge the time efficiency of the secondary development plug-in in this section.The time efficiency of finite element modeling method was analyzed by applying in selected components in aluminum alloy car.Then the static strength and modal analysis results of the car body were given by finite element calculation.Finally,the time efficiency of the efficient post-processing method in car body post-processing was demonstrated and analyzed.Through the above work,the finite element modeling,calculation and post-processing of aluminum alloy car body were completed,and the development and efficiency verification of efficient finite element modeling and post-processing method were realized,forming a GUI human-computer interaction interface that was convenient for engineers to operate.
