Transportation is a fundamental,pioneering and strategic industry in the national economy,and is an important support for building a new development pattern.As China’s transportation infrastructure construction continues to advance to the west,the extremely complex geological conditions in the western mountainous areas have brought huge challenges to the railroad As a controlling project of railroad construction in western mountainous areas,tunnel construction needs to provide relevant technical personnel with accurate and clear geological information during construction and operation,and to quantify and visualize geological information in three dimensions,so that non-geological engineers can easily understand the complex geological information.However,in the actual tunnel construction,the geological structure and tunnel physical information are very diverse and complex,and the data lack a unified management system;and there are still many problems at home and abroad regarding 3D modeling of complex geological tunnels,such as human-computer interaction,low modeling efficiency,long modeling cycle,and difficulty in feedback update;geological modeling is still in the "static The geological modeling is still in the "static" category,and there is an urgent need to realize the breakthrough from "static" to "dynamic".In response to the above problems,this paper focuses on the research of efficient fusion modeling method and local dynamic update technology of tunnel multi-source geological information,and has achieved a series of research results:(1)Analyzing and organizing the multi-source geological exploration data and tunnel geophysical data involved in the complex geological tunnel modeling process and mainly conducting research on the rule-based processing of multi-source tunnel geophysical data,constructing a multi-source geological data set for multi-source geological data fusion modeling and model dynamic updating.(2)Based on the geological conditions of multiple faults in the modeling research area,a fast construction method for geological models of multiple fault areas is achieved using a multilayer DEM-GTP geological modeling method.A method that combines key parameter selection and irregular triangulated meshes for automatic embedding of regular section tunnel models in geological bodies is implemented.A method for constructing a tunnel geophysical attribute grid model based on a spatial search algorithm and attribute-weighted filling is proposed to achieve rapid fusion of geophysical attribute grid models.A 3D tunnel modeling system is developed using Map GIS components and secondary development technology to achieve efficient construction and visual expression of complex geological tunnel models.(3)A method for dynamically updating complex geological tunnel models based on attribute slicing is proposed to address the current challenges of difficult and time-consuming model updates.This enables the transition of tunnel geological models from static to dynamic.A three-line parallel update strategy is implemented,which includes attribute slicing data caching,GPU memory,and model display,to improve model update efficiency while meeting the demands of engineering applications.(4)Regarding the issue of tunnel surrounding rock quality evaluation,a method for predicting surrounding rock ahead of the tunnel using parameters from a drilling jumbo and a CNN-LSTM deep learning network model is proposed,and a surrounding rock ahead quality evaluation system for tunnels is established,achieving rapid discrimination of surrounding rock grades in actual engineering applications.Based on the obtained tunnel surrounding rock data,a 3D tunnel surrounding rock grade model is constructed,providing a model basis for later tunnel support design and other engineering applications.
