Study On Optimization Of Railway Package Transportation Scheme

With the continuous development of E-commerce in China,the market demand for small cargo delivery continues to grow.Logistics enterprises need to find a safe,stable,economic and convenient transportation resources,which provides sufficient supply of goods for railway package transportation.In order to meet the demand of small cargo transport and improve the market competitiveness of railway package transport,it is necessary to study the railway package transport scheme,optimize the formulation of transport scheme by analyzing the process of package transport,so as to meet the needs of cargo owners for timeliness and convenience of package transport.In this paper,the turnover of e-commerce in China in recent years,express business volume and express income are analyzed,and it is concluded that China’s small cargo delivery business has great development potential,which can provide sufficient supply of goods for railway package transportation.Then the flow and organization characteristics of railway package transportation are analyzed,and the train of thought of railway package transportation scheme is introduced.Secondly,the construction of railway package transport service network,to achieve feasible path search work.Based on passenger train schedule and data of railway packing station,a railway packing service network model is built.On this basis,a path search algorithm based on Yen algorithm is designed.MATLAB is used as the algorithm realization tool to provide a basis for the subsequent work of transportation volume allocation.Then,according to the set of available routes obtained by the search,the transport capacity of trains and packages,loading and unloading operation time of stations and transfer operation time are taken as constraints,and the total transport time is the shortest as the optimization goal,the transport volume distribution model is built and solved by ILOGCPLEX.Finally,based on the freight data of dalian station from November 2021 to January 2022 and passenger train schedule in February 2022 as the basic data,the railway freight transportation scheme including door-to-door transportation and station to station transportation is obtained through route search and volume distribution model solution.The calculated results show that the calculated scheme shortens the total transportation time of the package,increases the timeliness of the package transportation,and improves the market competitiveness of the railway package transportation.
