In order to achieve that the displacement can meet the needs of social and economic development with minimum costs of the resource and environment, We need to accelerate the establishment of integrated transport system which is convenient smooth efficient and secure. However, in china, the development of transport is current faced with the most realistic question:the total quantity of infrastructure is insufficiency and basic network of five transport modes is being in a further improvement period, and there is have a lack of coordination both of internal and modes.what’s more, external constrains that include resources and environment pressure, which determines that the establishment of integrated transport system should be classified as "increment" construction and "stock" optimization two parts. The transport channel is the backbone of integrated transport system. And it bears most or all of task in linking interregional transport. So, the rational allocation of resource in transport channel is vital important for the establishment of integrated transport system. However, the existing configuration theory of resource optimization in transport channel is very weak in the channel "increment" configuration and "stock" optimization, and there still have some flaws in theory and in practice.Aiming at theoretical defects of optimal allocation of resources for the channel transport, the paper takes the transport demand as dominant, adopts the theories of traffic engineering and planning, uses the channel transport demand and supply dynamic equilibrium as the main line, and strives to solve the problem of structure optimization of the transport channel from the point of transport channel "incremental" configuration and "stock" optimization. In terms of increment structure configuration of transport channel, under the premise of ensuring effective allocation of resource, first, transportation should have a configuration of ability structure. Research ideas in this area are that we establish the platform of comparative advantage of transportation through developing a more comprehensive index system in the areas where transport modes have overlapped. And all modes of transport in transport channel have a selection of comparison and optimization, which ensures that various modes of transport have complementary strengths and coordinated development. Then transport channel system will give full play to the overall efficiency and comprehensive benefits. It will achieve the target:"if the mode of transport should be by road, then road; should be water, then water; should be route, then route." And then according to the results of demand modes selection, transport modes structure about channel incremental will have a rational configuration; at last, basing on node importance, we get the physical frame structure of transport channel---the structure configuration of traffic network layout. Transportation structure and physical frame structure configuration outline basically ideal frame structure of transport channel that can meet the different transport demands. And then it solves that problem:how to configure the ideal transport channel structure. In the stock optimization of transport channel, the paper according to the results the channel system capacity measure and evaluation results of present structure, the stock of channel transport resources is optimized respectively from the transportation and physical frame structure from the perspective of transport and integration of social and economic development with the constraints of social and economic development resource、environment、financial and some other factors. And then it closes to the ideal structure finally and the problem that how to solve the stock optimization is solved. In order to ensure the science and operability of theoretical methods of optimization configuration, we select representative of the transport channel (Guangzhan transport channel) as an empirical study, and test the practical and scientific of the theory. The study has important theoretical and practical significance for adding and improving integrated transport theory and optimization configuration theory of channel transport resource.
