| Railway has been playing a dominating role in transportation system in China,which serves as a main transport means to connect the transportation and economy among key economic zones and between suburban areas and urban areas.Railway is the foundation to assure the local economic and social development and the drive for a sustainable development in the future.Urban and rural overall planning,intensive development,interaction between production and urban development,and coordinative development present in the process of urbanization in China.That is as the expansion of basic functions and economic and social activities of urban areas,suburban areas surrounding the cities develop gradually into city groups.So how well railway transport capacity can coordinate with urbanization is closely related to the construction quality of new urbanization and exerts positive influence on driving its construction.It is quite meaningful to improve the railway transport capacity together with urbanization in order to enhance the quality of urban construction.This thesis analyzes and examines the coordinative relationship between railway transport capacity in Liaoning province,China and its urbanization level,with the expectation to explore a mutually promoting and coordinative relationship between railway transport capacity and urbanization through a relatively precise empirical analysis and comparative study.First,the necessity of cooperative development of railway transport capacity and urbanization is proposed in this thesis on the basis of qualitative analysis of railway transport development,railway transport capacity development and urbanization coordinative development.Furthermore,an evaluation index system of the study on railway transport capacity and urbanization development is established by selecting and comparing the index of railway transport capacity and urbanization.Finally,with a reference to the capacity coupling coefficient model in physics,this thesis has built a coupled harmonic model to calculate the coupled harmonic degrees in different systems.It has also calculated coefficient of the coupling degree and coupled harmonic degree between railway transport capacity and urbanization level in Liaoning province,China,using the coefficient formula of the coupling degree and coupled harmonic degree in the coupled harmonic degree model.As is proved,current coordination between railway transport capacity and urbanization level in Liaoning province and China has been excellent.On the basis of the conclusion and the analytic process,this thesis discusses and looks ahead to the trend of coordinative development of urbanization and railway in China,which provides suggestions for a more coordinative development of urbanization construction with railway transport capacity. |
