Research On Design Of Industrial Remnants Renewal And Transformation Based On Prototype Theory

Industrial cultural relics have historical value,social and cultural value,artistic value,and economic value.Starting from the perspective of prototype theory,this article studies the site selection of Handan Matou Machinery Factory,which includes the production area of the machinery factory and the living area of employees.This design study not only addresses the architectural landscape environmental issues in the factory production area,but also incorporates the activity needs of the staff living area and the surrounding community residents,meeting the diverse activity needs of the living area and surrounding residents,and reshaping the landscape environment of the living area.Taking the overall design of factories and living areas as an innovative point and combining prototype theory with industrial heritage renewal and transformation design has strong practical significance.Analyze relevant theoretical and practical projects both domestically and internationally,using research methods such as literature analysis,on-site research,interdisciplinary research,and comparative analysis.Based on the prototype theory,combined with people’s original imagery of industrial life in the context of coal mining at Fengfeng Mining Bureau in Handan City,design strategies are formed from three aspects:natural prototype,industrial prototype,and historical prototype.Design elements are extracted to develop design plans,which are reflected in design scenarios.Based on the above ideas,the research content of this article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter elaborates on the background,purpose,significance,and methods of the research;The second chapter elaborates on the basic concepts involved in the article,including prototype theory and industrial relics;Chapter 3 analyzes the landscape design cases and industrial heritage cases of prototype theory,summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,and references;Chapter 4 provides an overview of the overall basic situation and location conditions of Matou Machinery Factory,with a focus on the overall current situation of the factory in Handan City.The analysis and summary are conducted from the perspectives of current situation analysis,crowd analysis,questionnaire survey summary,and summary of existing problems;Chapter 5 analyzes the prototype construction of the production area and employee living area of Matou Machinery Factory,introduces prototype theory,selects prototypes,and extracts and applies prototype elements;Chapter 6 provides a detailed explanation of the renovation design plan,which is divided into four parts: overall design and zoning design,detailed landscape renovation design,key building space renovation design,and special renovation design.Chapter 7 summarizes the theoretical application and design embodiment of the plan.
