Red culture is a unique achievement of the CPC and the Chinese people in the process of revolution,reform and development,and an important source of strength for inheriting the Chinese national tradition and maintaining cultural self-confidence.As an old revolutionary base of the Red Revolution,the Yimeng area in Linyi City,Shandong Province is rich in red cultural resources.With the encouragement of the state for the construction of the red cultural industry,how to carry out development and research,and how to promote and inherit the Yimeng red culture are currently urgent problems that need to be solved.Therefore,this article is based on the research of Yimeng red culture,guided by the theory of sensory quality,and uses the language of artistic design to conduct research on cultural and creative product design of Yimeng red culture.The paper first conducted relevant literature research on red culture and Yimeng red culture,and sorted and integrated the red cultural resources of Yimeng Revolutionary Old Area.Combined with current market case studies,it analyzed the mainstream trends of red cultural and creative products,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of Yimeng red cultural and creative products at present.Secondly,the connotation,design methods,and design process of sensory theory were elaborated,and the application methods of sensory theory in cultural and creative design were studied,including the acquisition of sensory images,the construction of sensory fields,and the resonance of sensory experiences for users.The feasibility of the design scheme was verified based on the final sensory evaluation.In terms of design strategies,firstly,Yimeng Red Culture is used as the material to extract Yimeng Red Culture resources from the sensory,behavioral,and conscious levels of sensory imagery.In the process of constructing sensory fields from things to emotions,from things to emotions,from intentions to emotions,design methods including creating things through mirrors,narrative design,and metaphorical design are introduced.Secondly,based on on-site investigations and questionnaire surveys of consumer groups,user product needs are collected,Furthermore,it guides design practice and provides theoretical and methodological support for the research and practice of Yimeng red cultural and creative design.Finally,the practical results are evaluated and analyzed through a sensory evaluation system,providing new design ideas for Yimeng red cultural and creative products.
