| With the development of the times,the process of urbanization has accelerated,and the power load of various urban industrial parks and development zones has increased sharply.However,there are many pain points in the old industrial parks,such as difficult collection,slow response,and difficult investigation of hidden dangers.The construction of intelligent power consumption in industrial parks needs to be developed.At present,the State Grid Corporation of China has completed the development and application of related achievements of intelligent power consumption projects in industrial parks.Most of the projects have entered the stage of operation.For the intelligent power consumption project of ZB power supply company industrial park,there are many deficiencies in its project operation management,such as weak management structure and chaotic performance management.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive performance appraisal of the operation of the project,aiming at changing the current situation of weak performance management structure,improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the project and realizing the sustainable development of the project.Firstly,this paper clarifies the design idea of the operation performance evaluation index system of intelligent power consumption project in industrial park.Based on the balanced scorecard theory,through dimension expansion,a set of operation performance evaluation index system of intelligent power consumption project in industrial park of ZB power supply company is established,which is composed of customer,technical level,finance,internal process,learning and growth,social contribution as the first-level index and 18 second-level indexes.Secondly,the AHP-CRITIC index combination weighting method is used to empower the project operation performance evaluation index,and a comprehensive evaluation model for the operation performance of intelligent power utilization projects in industrial parks is established.Finally,based on the determination of the above methods,the constructed evaluation model is applied to the empirical analysis of the operational performance evaluation of the intelligent power consumption project in the industrial park of the high-tech zone of ZB City,and the applicability and effectiveness of the model are verified.It is concluded that the operational performance level of the project is good,and the customer,technical level,finance,internal process,learning and growth,and social contribution are proposed respectively.In order to improve the operational performance of the project,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as technological innovation in reducing power loss,improving the demand side response mechanism,and establishing the value concept of co-creation with the customer value of the park. |
