As one of the most important industries,the equipment overhaul is closely related to all aspects of enterprise production and people's life,especially in the process of national economic development.However,because of the special attribute of power resources,power enterprises have long been in the monopoly position of the market.With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous promotion of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the pace of reform of the power production and operation industry system in China has been gradually accelerated,and the market competition in the power equipment maintenance market will become more and more intense.Therefore,in order to promote the expansion of market competition share of equipment maintenance industry more effectively,while carrying out cost control,the project of improving quality and increasing efficiency can be effectively implemented.Further improve the scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system.Based on this,taking the maintenance project of A maintenance branch as an example,on the basis of analyzing its basic situation and the present situation of project performance control,this paper carries out targeted investigation and research,and analyzes and studies the problems existing in the existing performance evaluation system accordingly.After that,through the effective use of the balanced scorecard,starting with the four levels of finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth,the strategic objectives of the enterprise are decomposed,and the corresponding weights of each index are further determined by analytic hierarchy process.Then the specific maintenance project of A maintenance branch is evaluated,and the problem of project performance evaluation is found out and perfected.Finally,the effective measures to ensure the smooth development of performance evaluation are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the current performance appraisal system of the company,to find out the problems,to optimize the existing system,to improve the pertinence and scientific and reasonable degree of evaluation,and to build the relationship between performance evaluation and company strategy.
