Abstract/Summary:
With the massive emission of greenhouse gases such as CO2,temperatures around the world continue to rise,which has brought great impact on human life.The logistics and transportation industry has emitted a large amount of carbon dioxide,and its development is facing huge challenges.The practical application shows that multimodal transport can effectively promote the low-carbon development of the logistics industry.At present,in my country’s logistics transportation,there are problems such as high proportion of road transport,high energy consumption,and heavy pollution;low-carbon logistics transportation methods represented by railway transportation and waterway transportation,and low capacity utilization.At present,in China,the relevant theory of multimodal transport is not having reached maturity,and many matters should be solved.Multimodal transport covers the advantages of various modes of transport,and can fully utilize the unique advantages of various modes of transport,thereby considerably reducing transport costs and reducing the operating costs of social logistics.Therefore,multimodal transport is an inevitable choice for the transformation of China’s transportation structure and the improvement of the overall efficiency of social logistics.Multimodal transport is a comprehensive transport system composed of multiple modes of transport,with great uncertainty of its own,and the transport demand of the same mode of transport is going to change ways in different periods.For the analysis of the impact of carbon emission restrictions on the market mix of multimodal transport,route planning and transportation demand,a multimodal transport route optimization method based on low-carbon transport is proposed.This paper expounds the basic principles of multimodal transport and low-carbon transport,considers transport costs,carbon emissions,time window constraint,cargo damage rate and uncertain demand,establishes a multimodal transport route optimization model considering multiple factors,and analyzes and verifies it with an example.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This article refers to some domestic and foreign excellent literature on low-carbon material flow,transportation,multimodal transport and other aspects,analyzes the relevant documents at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and contents of this paper based on the existing research.It summarizes the basic theory of multimodal transport.(2)Determine the calculation method of carbon emissions,and analyze the uncertain demand problem to prepare for resolution of the model.A multimodal transport path optimization model considering uncertain demand in a low-carbon environment is established and the model is transformed by chance constrained programming method to obtain a clear deterministic model.(3)Based on the transportation case from Zhaoqing to Taizhou,the model is solved,and the results of the model with or without time window constraints and considering carbon emission restrictions are compared and analyzed.Freight transport enterprises are guided to choose low-carbon economic transportation methods,and countermeasures for low-carbon emission reduction are proposed.
