| The construction project of rural revitalization demonstration sites plays an important role in promoting the success of the rural revitalization strategy and is the key to promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. However, due to the unique characteristics of the rural revitalization demonstration site construction project, the success of the project faces more risks.Controlling key risk factors is the key to reducing the overall risk of the project and improving its success rate.Firstly, this article elaborates on the basic theories of construction project risk management, including an overview of project risk management, project risk identification, project risk evaluation, and project risk response, providing theoretical support for the research on risk management of construction projects in the following text.Secondly, risk identification of the construction project of K rural revitalization boutique demonstration site.Taking the construction project of K rural revitalization boutique demonstration site as the research object, five first level risk factors and 22 second level risk factors of K project were identified by Delphi method, and the project risk evaluation index system was constructed.Once again, risk assessment of the construction project of K rural revitalization boutique demonstration site.In the risk assessment stage, the combination number C-OWA operator is first used to determine the weight of each risk indicator, sort each risk, and then the grey clustering method is used to calculate the risk size of the entire project, evaluating the risk level of the K project. Finally, based on the identified risk factors and risk assessment results, propose project risk response measures. This article conducts a relatively in-depth study on the risk management of the K rural revitalization boutique demonstration site construction project, applying risk management theory and methods to the construction process of specific project risk management systems. It is hoped that this can provide reference and practical experience for similar construction projects to strengthen the construction of risk management systems and improve risk management levels. |
