Research On The Optimization Of Lean Production System Of Thermal Battery Workshop Of M Company Based On ME

As a brand-honored military enterprise,M company faces the market competition and internal manufacturing problems in the new era.It is crucial to promote its high-quality development,how to improve the manufacturing capacity through the MES system and the optimization of the lean production system.This paper regards the production of thermal battery workshop of M company as the research content,the optimization of lean production system as research object and summarizes domestic and foreign literature research.It is found that there are some problems in production process based on the analysis of production status for the thermal battery workshop.They are unreasonable spatial layout,confusion of on-site management,waste of operators’ frequent switching tools,waste of rework and repair caused by the lack of professional tooling management,and lag in the application of information systems.The VSM production value-added ratio analysis reveal that the process waste is serious.Facing the problem that MES could not effectively guide the production,it is found that basic management system is not standardized and perfect,and the lack of standardized construction by 5Why analysis.Based on the current situation of the workshop production management system,and the positioning and function of the MES system,and in combination with the principle of lean management,we carried out site layout optimization,standardized operation establishment,data management improvement,and one-plan management and control.To ensure the smooth implementation of the above work through ideological,personnel,system and other measures,M Company needs to build a lean management system that meets the production needs of the thermal battery workshop,which will promote its high-quality development,and lay a solid foundation for the promotion and application of lean production system.
