| In order to response the competition of fierce market, lean production has being used by more and more manufacturers to enhance their competitiveness, and enterprise informatization is the key to lean production system which can be efficientally operated. This paper aims at the problem of informatizati on for lean production system, on the basis of the traditional MES, the concept and architecture of LMES are proposed. And the prototype system of LMES in D company’s blade production workshop is developed, the main contents are:Firstly, according to the actual status of workshop production and the demand for lean production informatization, the LMES is proposed and its structure is designed, and the detail of LMES is completed, including the workshop’s LMES system integration, workshop hardware network top ology and the functional structure of workshop’s LMES; Secondly, the database and process of LMES is designed in detail and the key technologies of the workshop’s LMES is discussed; On this basis, the prototype system of LMES is developed; Finally, the implementation programs of LMES’s for blade production workshop is designed.The results show that the LMES adapt s to the needs of lean production’s implementation well, makes lean production system work effectively. Moreover, the inventory of WIP can be effectively controlled, the workshop’s production costs can be reduced and the productivity can be improved. |
