| In the wave of information revolution in the national construction industry,various relevant industries and enterprises have carried out a lot of research and exploration in the field of BIM.However,the current research and exploration on the application of BIM technology in the field of architecture in China mainly focus on the theoretical research at the macro level.At present,there are still many problems in the actual application,such as the unclear definition of BIM design deliverables,the vague evaluation criteria in the application process,and the lack of a promotional application model,which makes it difficult to play the advantages of BIM technology in the construction production process.However,with the gradual transformation of the construction industry from rough to refined,the informatization reform of the construction industry is imperative,and the promotion and application of BIM technology is the key to the informatization reform.This research takes a hot spring center project in Lijiang area as the BIM application practice,analyzes the problems and limitations of using traditional design methods in such a complex public building project,and points out the necessity of BIM application for the project in combination with the characteristics and difficulties of the project.The feasibility study on the BIM application of the project was carried out,and the BIM application suggestions for the project were put forward.The BIM scheme design of a hot spring center project in Lijiang region was further carried out.BIM scheme design includes: establishing the BIM application goal of the project,formulating the BIM application workflow of the project,carrying out parametric design for complex architectural forms,and coordinating the three-dimensional collaborative design and optimization of the whole discipline.It also summarizes and analyzes the BIM application of the project,summarizes the obstacles encountered in the application process,and summarizes the BIM design principles of such projects.The design principles include: project template,collaborative work platform,family building principle,drawing principle,plug-in selection,and parametric design method.Finally,from the perspective of project management,it summarized a hot spring center project in Lijiang area,and applied BIM technology to achieve full professional BIM positive design in the project design stage,thus improving the design quality of the project,improving management efficiency,saving project costs,and bringing considerable value to the project.It is hoped that the difficulties encountered in the BIM design process and solutions will be described in detail,so as to provide reference for BIM application of similar complex public buildings. |
