| In recent years, in order to improve the living environment, the construction industry is booming. With the construction of the building is getting bigger and bigger, the difficulty of construction is more and more high. Especially large public construction projects gradually spread all over the world,with the characteristics of ultrahigh, peculiar, abnormal shape, supper big size. The traditional method of two-dimensional design and expression has been unable to comprehensive display the relationships of the complex structure member and the building spatial position. In the construction process, the unforecast mistake such as the conflict of the components, the ambiguity of the volume, the waste of material, the process of the chaos are inevitably, so introduce the technology of BIM is imperative.In the building industry, the planning function has been an important factor in project management, the existing two-dimensional project management pattern has the human information separation problem, not only serious impact on the construction process of the project management, but also affect the operation and maintenance of the late building. BIM technology has broken the existing two-dimensional project management methods and tools, the unity of management information in the whole life cycle of the building, to provide the sharing of knowledge and information for the project participants, and to improve the management efficiency and reduce the risk, and produce benefit for project manager.This paper analyzes the limitations of the existing two-dimensional project management methods, and puts forward the rationality of BIM technology application in the management of large-scale public construction projects by using the BIM concept, the characteristics and the BIM application in the construction industry. The research results of this paper provide the basis for the further popularization and application of BIM technology in the management of large-scale public projects,and provide some theoretical reference value for the application of BIM technology in other large public construction projects.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis of the meaning of BIM and its advantages in engineering, probes into the positioning of BIM in construction industry and the status quo of the application.(2)BIM technology is analyzed for the influence of the current management system of large public projects, find out the problems existing in the current project management system, based on BIM technology to analysis the influence of large public project stakeholders, it is concluded that BIM to the value of the large public project management.(3)To study the BIM technology in large public project management quality, progress and cost of the application of three goals, affirmed the superiority of BIM technology.(4)Using BIM technology China life insurance to establish a project instance of the model, building of BIM technology in the application of BIM technology in large public project management were analyzed, and the research of BIM technology in optimization of construction site layout,3 d visualization, drawing review and collision detection, schemes and facilities to the construction site, quantity statistics, comprehensive line arrangement of project quality, progress, cost, and the influence of construction safety and so on, affirmed the BIM technology for large public project management value.The conclusion of this paper is that the application of BIM technology in the management of large-scale public construction projects, improves the quality of the project, shortens the time limit for a project, saves the construction cost, and ensures the safety of the construction. Using BIM technology, however, a more scientific and reasonable project management, needs to be established on the basis of the multidisciplinary cross, in the computer aided design, communication, BIM information modeling technology, management theory, and other fields, to do some in-depth study of scholars at home and abroad. |
