Due to a long-term of excessive competition and underfunded investment in scientific and technological fields of architectural enterprises,the traditional architectural industry has become an industry with high consumption and extensive emission.At present,the architectural industry in China encounter with a dilemma in transition,upgradation,and informatization of aspects like project management.The traditional production mode is changed through utilizing the information technology to reform the management level of architectural industry.Thus,the improvement of information technology becomes the research focus and the development goal of the whole fields.Building Information Modelling(BIM),as a new technology,enables the digitalization of the physical and functional characteristics of buildings,so as to facilitate the enhancement of design cooperation,the support of industrial construction,the simulation of construction process,the promotion of the concise project management,the improvement of engineering quality and the reduction of costs and safety risk.Therefore,BIM technology is a crucial,revolutionary and environment-friendly construction technology in the field of architectural industry.Facing the challenges of architectural industry develops and the situation changes in the 13 th Five-Year,it is imperative to implement the national requirements of the construction informatization development,comply with the development trend of "Internet plus",promote the in-depth application of BIM technology and platform construction and promote industrial upgrading.From the point of view of the application of BIM technology in architecture engineering,this dissertation takes technology and management as a research topic to state the relevant theory and application value of BIM technology,define the BIM technical criterion and provide the BIM construction model method.These works are on the base of a comprehensive of the related and latest literatures,the BIM technology project management system and the shared management model of total participations,the combination of the established actually BIM model of an office at Jiuquan,Gansu Province,the association of all engineering data in process,and the guidance of construction via an optimization BIM data of three-dimensional modeling,a parametric and cooperated design,a BIM collision inspection,a dynamic scheme simulation,an engineering statistics,and a visualization and integrated 5D construction management.Based onthe cooperated management platform of BIM technology and the application of all participants and all aspects cooperated management and information integration of project cycle,we perfect the organized proposal and construction technology,implement the safeguard measures of quality and safety,improve the capital turnover and resource allocation,and effectively control the costs.This paper summarizes the advantages of BIM technology,the construction of BIM collaborative platform for the whole cycle and practical application solutions,which provide a reference for the application of BIM technology in similar projects,promote the transition and upgrade of architectural industry toward shifts to a green,industrialization and intellectualization.
