Supply chain is not only the technical system support of automobile manufacturing,but also the key link of production and operation of manufacturing enterprises.It has great strategic significance in the whole automobile industry and other related manufacturing industries.Because of the "chain",the butterfly effect will become stronger and more obvious,even the smallest risk,will be transmitted layer by layer,is infinitely expanded.In fact,since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,the Suez Canal was blocked,the chip shortage,the price of raw materials,etc.,and the geopolitical instability,the automobile supply links around the world have been hit one after another,causing a profound impact on the entire industrial chain.In the face of such A fragile automobile supply chain,in order to find effective countermeasures to reduce the loss of enterprises as soon as possible,this paper takes the automobile manufacturer A as an example,and uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study the supply chain resilience of the automobile manufacturer A.First of all,by referring to relevant domestic and foreign literature,the main factors affecting the resilience of the automobile supply chain are summarized,and according to the actual situation and main characteristics of the supply chain of A company,A preliminary index system is constructed to evaluate the resilience of the automobile supply chain of A company.Secondly,reliability and validity analysis,structural equation model analysis and other statistical analysis methods were used to construct the final version of the automobile supply chain resilience evaluation index system,and its weight was calculated.Finally,A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the resilience of the automobile supply chain of A company is carried out,and the comprehensive score of the supply chain resilience of A company is at a medium level.The main reasons are that the risk awareness of A auto manufacturing company is not strong,the early risk warning ability is weak,and the lack of end-to-end information transparency and investment in the supply chain.According to the above evaluation results and reason analysis,this paper proposes to enhance the enterprise risk awareness,improve the accuracy of the forecast;Increase transparency,improve the accuracy and speed of information transmission;Strengthen the supply chain talent reserve in various regions,and regularly carry out supply chain risk education and other measures to improve supply chain resilience,so as to reduce the risk of supply chain interruption of A Automobile manufacturing company and reduce enterprise losses. |
